You can only use this item while you are doing a garrison invasion for your garrison. If you're helping a friend defend their garrison, you will not be able to use this.

As with the other garrison invasion helper items, this item is unique – you can only carry one – and the buff lasts about 10 minutes when used. I'm not certain of the length of time it takes to complete the entire scenario, but it is probably most useful after the initial scouting wave.

1) You can only use it one time and then it's gone.
2) It vial/potion only lasts 10 minutes.
3) I noticed no speed increase with the 50% speed buff.
4) You can NOT use it when you're helping defend someone else's garrison invasion.
