This follower can be randomly upgraded to epic when you use the contract just like the quest followers. Just happened to me as soon as i used the item, and i was really surprised. If it does not upgrade it will automatically become rare.

Hires 邪爆教授 who starts as a rare (blue) follower, with a chance of upgrade to epic (purple) when you use this item.

Professor Felblast is level 100 when hired, and typically comes with the ability 恶魔变形 which counters Timed Battle.

Costs 4,000 gold at Exalted with 热砂保护协会.

As with all Contract followers these can no longer be traded after a recent hotfix and is Soulbound when purchased, so ensure you buy it on the character you wish to use it on.
