For those who are wondering why reznak isnt selling the plans (like me)
U need to have you garrison (town hall) upgraded to lvl 3 before reznak sells lvl 3 plans!
(Costing 5000gold and 2000 resources)

You MUST be at lvl 100, with your Town Hall at level 3.
The plan is being sold actually from Rezlak, and it cost 1000 gold.
( it require an achievement, Draenic Stone Collector, whic ask you to collect 500 Draenic stone from your mine!)

In case you didn't notice that this is only available from your garrison vendor, I'd like to restate here than you CANNOT buy this in Ashran.

Helpful tip.

If you upgrade your mine AFTER you have already mined it for the day, all the nodes will respawn again.

This is one of the easiest level 3 buildings to get, so it will be one of the first you're able to get. If you are low on resources when you upgrade your town hall to level 3, don't bother upgrading the mine. Level 2 has more than enough to handle the work orders from 2 profession buildings and maybe even 3 if you're good about clearing it every day.

Anyone else not getting Mine Carts as often in their level 3? My main hasn't had a mine cart in the last 3 days, meanwhile my alt is getting 1-2 every day in his level 1 mine...

Hoping this is just bad luck, because with the way things have turned out with the other level 3 buildings, the only ones worth getting is the War Mill and Barn, the rest are terrible and offer equal/lesser rewards than the level 2 buildings.

The Draenic Stone you give to Gorsol when your mines are level 3 have an utterly small chance to be refined into abrogator stones if you're still on that portion of the legendary quest. I say utter small because I've had a lvl 3 mine for about a month or so and have only received the single stone so far.

*Despite the tooltip, you currently do not need to have any follower assigned to have access to 矿车s.
This means the only current benefit to having a follower with the 采矿 trait assigned to your mine is higher work order yields (affected by follower level).

OTHER INFORMATION

The ability to mine ore within these garrison mines does not required the 采矿 profession.
The only benefit to having the 采矿 profession is the ability to mine ore OUTSIDE of your garrison. (Same goes with 草药学).

so I got the achievement for the plans, I am lvl 100 but dont have the gold for the tier 3 garrison. or the 1000 gold for buying the plans. this is total male tauren feces. if the achievement says I win plans. Bigod I ought to have plans in my hot little hands a.k.a. inventory the moment my pickax mined 500 of 500 draenic ore. not play #$%ing keepaway for getting the plans. This is why Im very upset with WoD.
