For those looking to earn 满脑子都是德拉诺的钱, these pouches contents does count for the achievement if you are in dreanor while you loot them. It also counts for the other loot achievements such as 积少成多. For that, it doesn't matter where you are to get credit. Also, as the pouches are refundable, you are able to "choose" the amount of gold you want to loot. Which means, when you buy the pouch, check the content before you loot it and if you are not satisfied, refund it and buy a new until you are happy with the amount of gold. In my experience, the pouches contain somewhere around 1-2g 50s and it's very random what you get like with any other pouch in-game.

It used to be better not to make 德拉诺锻造秘术 and sell the 5 真铁矿石 required on the auction house. There used to be a large volume of 真铁矿石 traded per day. The Undermine Journal

If you have made 小钱包, just exchange it for 设计图：钢铸巨斧, 设计图：钢铸军刀, 设计图：钢铸匕首, 设计图：钢铸战锤, 设计图：钢铸护盾, 设计图：真钢重塑器 or 设计图：真钢打磨器 and vendor the recipee for 6 Gold, 79 Silver, 57 Copper.
