This weapon enchant requires 2400 arena or Rated battleground rating to buy from the vendor.

I thought this was weird. Usually these enchants are just cosmetic differences, but this one seems to limit the proc potential. I'd much rather the enchant proc when I'm still above 50% mana. If you just want a different enchant look, you're better off using illusions from the garrison enchanter's building.
