After extensive testing, I can say with certainty the proc cannot be parried nor miss if you are capped, although it cannot crit. Ten minutes on a dummy, 631 melee swings, 126 windfury procs, 38 lightning strikes (meta), 251 flametongue attacks, and 92 multistrikes, which is the proc. Multistrike did not miss, nor get blocked, parried, or crit. The attempt before that, I found that if I was too close behind the dummy, it would get parried and blocked as if I were in front, but my other attacks were fine. On a subsequent attempt, where I actually DPS'd, I found that the procs more than doubled for the same period of time, meaning that they can and will proc off of abilities. Overall great trinket, sticking with h tf renataki's until a warforged one drops though. Till then, the proc is only about 4% of my damage, and the agil procrate itself isn't high enough to offset the ridiculousness of renataki's
I ended up with just about all the SoO flex trinkets on my 553 BM hunter and tested them out to see which would dps the most. I'm sure
probably are great for aoe, but using the target dummies in SW did not prove it, even though I picked the 4 dummies closest together. Here are the results I got:
152k & 159k, 155k average
147k & 154k, 150k average
145k & 153k, 149k average
142k & 151k, 146k average
133k & 146k, 139k average
Each number is from about a 4-5 minute test, through one Stampede CD. Hope this helps if you get extra trinkets :)
noob question - how do you know you got the Multistrike proc? I never see it on the buff bar, which I assume it'd wouldn't show up there anyway.
Does multistrike proc on pet attacks?
If not normal pet attacks, what about Kill Command (which sometimes counts as from the hunter, and sometimes from the pet)?
Because, if not, this trinket is much less valuable for hunters, especially Beast Mastery hunters.
What about on DoTs?
Question from a (guardian) tank: Do multistrike attacks from autohits/mangle generate additional rage?
Is he still there? I've never seen this trinket, 20 killed on Normalu and one HC, plus 21x Warforged Seals.
Multi-strikes from this trinket can miss, be parried, dodged and blocked and are incapable of critically striking. These chances roll separately from the attacks that trigger them. They can also not proc any effects that have a chance to proc off attacks.
When you multistrike with this trinket, you'll see your character spin around and slash, the same animation some attacks and abilities like
If you are a monk, there is an extra visual effect that makes you shoot lightning (similar to the monk spell crackling jade lightning but with a different animation) at your target when the trinket procs. It also shows up as nature damage instead of physical.
Anyone else realize that the icon for this item looks exactly like Immerseus' bracers (the actual ones on his model)?
I have to say I wasn't expecting this.

Can this effect be triggered from Blade Flurry?
This diamond loot is also good for guardian druids and brewmaster monks. So if you want this trinket you can switch the loot specialization to feral or wind walker and who knows?...maybe will be your lucky day:P
Can this trigger from
