I noticed that no one is posting anything about this object, so now i will. I myself had a really hard time finding this, but, when i finally found it i wanted to help others out.

In the only lake at your garrison (i think it has to be level 2 or 3) there will be a cave somewhere, dive down there. When you are so far, its pretty obvious because its large and easy to see just around the corner. Coords will be added soon.

From the Horde Garison, head towards the fishing shack in the big cave.
To the right of the shack, jump in the water and swim down. The cave is just about under the fishing shack.
Inside the cave swim left, and you shall easily see the stone cache.

It can only be looted once.

Coordinates of cave entrance: 32, 69.5
Coordinates of cache: 38, 62

You want to jump into the water directly behind your fishing hut, swim directly down and there will be a cave, swim into the cave, and to the left is Lady Sena's Stash of Stones. That simple :D I will try to post screenshots as well.
