(Heroic) is a level 70 dungeon found in Tempest Keep, in the far east of

, in the Outlands. While players of level 70+ can access the dungeon in its original form at any time, this dungeon is one of the five Burning Crusade instances available during Timewalking holidays in Patch 6.2. This guide will describe how to complete the dungeon in its Timewalking form.
The entrance is located in eastern Netherstorm, and you can also queue up via the Adventure Journal panel.

Loot and Rewards
This instance can be soloed by high-level players outside of Timewalking weekends. However, there are several reasons to queue up for this instance as part of the Timewalking holiday:
Completing 5 Timewalking dungeons in

which is the bonus roll currency for Tier 18 and Mythic Dungeon loot.
The gear earned from Timewalking bosses is ilvl 660, which is better than gear from Heroic Dungeons, Highmaul Normal, and Highmaul LFR.
If you did not run this instance back in the day, Timewalking is a great opportunity to learn more about the instance with friends. Players above level 71 can queue together for this Timewalking instance, so this is a fun way to play with friends that are not max level.

Dalliah the Doomsayer and Wrath-Scryer Soccothrates

are located in the same chamber within The Arcatraz, but are separate fights.
Players should not engage both bosses at the same time.
Typically, groups kill Dalliah first, followed by Soccothrates; this is because the Soccothrates fight requires a large encounter area to move around in.
Notable Trash Mobs:
Energy Discharge continues even after the Sentinel is dead

The final chamber on this floor, where players will fight Dalliah and Soccothrates, has the most dangerous trash of the entire instance. Several

Spiteful Temptresses cast

on their threat targets and will occasionally debuff a non-tank member of the party with

. This increases that player's threat generation by 500% for 8 seconds.
This is not typically an issue if these trash mobs are pulled carefully
However, if a Skulking Witch is engaged while a party member is debuffed by
仇恨之怒
, the Witch will likely attack that party member and they may die
Similarly, if the tank becomes incapacitated, the debuffed player may gain aggro on the enemies
Healers should be prepared to heal the
仇恨之怒
target
Skulking Witch's Gougeis an AoE stunUnbound Devastators deal heavy party-wide damage with
震耳咆哮
, which also interrupts and silences all affected players if they were casting at the time. This ability has a 45-yard range and cannot easily be avoided.
Skulking Witches deal extremely heavy damage and can be fatal when pulled with other enemies.
The Skulking Witch will

her target and all players within 8 yards of the target, dealing light damage and stunning them for 4 seconds
Witches also cast

This deals very heavy damage and healers must be prepared to heal the targeted players
Pulling the visible mobs back into previous rooms will reduce the likelihood of accidentally engaging Skulking Witches and wiping.
Dalliah the Doomsayer Tips & Strategy
Once the trash is clear, players should engage Dalliah the Doomsayer first. She should be tanked where she stands, and the party should minimize movement to avoid accidentally engaging Wrath-Scryer Soccothrates.
Whirlwind deals heavy damageDalliah has only a few abililtes:

will debuff a random player. This heals Dalliah when the player with the debuff is healed. The healer has to stop healing that player, but the player may continue to attack Dalliah.
This debuff cannot be dispelled, but the cast can be interrupted

, so melee DPS and tanks can run out to reduce damage
Immediately after finishing

, Dalliah will cast

With the weakness of

, interrupts are not as important as staying out of the

damage is not strong enough, even while debuffed, to warrant players swapping position to bait the

onto different targets. However, if the party is struggling on Dalliah, these are two possibilities for improvement.

Harbinger Skyriss
Solo-soaking Meteor is fatal
Notable Trash Mobs:
The most dangerous trash mobs on the way to Harbinger Skyriss are the
巨型深渊火魔
s. These enemies will summon a

on a random player; the
流星
deals a large amount of damage split amongst all players within 10 yards.
The party must stack to split this damage, as it is likely to be fatal if it targets a player without an immunity.
Additionally, the Abyssals have a
火焰之盾
that periodically damages nearby players. The damage is light, but healers should use AoE heals to keep the party healed up in advance of the
流星
.
The many other enemies on the third floor of the Arcatraz are fairly trivial and will not threaten the party unless the mobs are overpulled. Carefully pull the demons in the hallway to Skyriss's room back into previous chambers to avoid accidentally engaging additional enemies.
Harbinger Skyriss Tips & Strategy
Mellichar opening a prison cellThe

Blackwing Drakonaar will attack the tank with

Additionally, the Blackwing Drakonaar will deal

damage to players within 20 yards
The Twilight Drakonaar will cycle through several attacks, primarily breath attacks

deals Frost damage and slows attacks,

deals Arcane damage and reduces cast and attack speed, and

Tanks should face the Drakonaar away from players.
Skyriss's Mind Rend is a beam that stuns its targetFinally, after defeating all three prisoners, players will face Harbinger Skyriss. Skyriss will cast the following abilities:
心灵撕裂
, a channeled attack, stuns its target and deals heavy damage
法力燃烧
will target a mana-using player, preferentially a healer, and drains approximately 1500 mana, dealing Shadow damage based on the amount of mana drained

targets a random player and forces them to flee for 4 seconds; this is dispellable

will target a random player and turn them against their allies for 10 seconds
Players should use important or powerful cooldowns as soon as Skyriss is engaged, so that if they are targeted by
支配
, Skyriss will not waste the ability or use it against the other players.
When Skyriss reaches 66% health, and again at 33% health, he will summon a low-health clone that will deal

damage to random players.
Players must swap to and kill the clones quickly, as they have low health but deal high damage
The clone can be quickly identified by its amount of health; they have less than 10% of Skyriss's maximum health
If players mark the original Skyriss at the start of the encounter, the clone will spawn without that mark, making it very obvious
Mark the original Skyriss to quickly determinewhich enemy is the clone (the unmarked)Tank's Responsibilities:
Stand near each prison cell as Warden Mellichar targets it, and pick up the released prisoner quickly
Point the Drakonaar from prison cell 4 away from the party
Mark the original Harbinger Skyriss once combat begins, to make it easy to distinguish between Skyriss and his clone
Use cooldowns when targeted by

Taunt the players affected by

Damage-Dealers' Responsibilities:
Stay behind the Drakonaar from prison cell 4
When Skyriss spawns his clone, swap to it and quickly kill it
Put your major cooldowns and crowd-control abilites on CD at the start of the fight, so the abilities are not used while you are mind-controlled by

Avoid killing your party members while they are affected by
支配
, but CC them if you can
Healer's Responsibilities:
Tanks will take very heavy damage from most of the prisoners and Skyriss
Players targeted by

Not mentioned in the guide and will prevent a decent amount of drama: To stop the constant spawning of adds at the start of the dungeon - you need to kill
both
pairs of archers - not just one.
