Fury Warrior Rotation in Dragonflight
Fury Warriors revolve around maximizing
激怒
uptime and dealing damage through auto-attacks and a variety of special abilities. With two primary rotations based on selected talents, players will prioritize either weaving abilities in between the cooldown of Bloodthirst or using resets and procs to spam cast Raging Blow.
Reading Priority Lists
Abilities and talents are listed from highest to lowest priority in the rotation. Every time an ability is cast, begin again at the top of the list and move down until there is something that can be cast, then return to the top. As there are far too many technically optional talents to create a toggle for every single one, simply skip past to the next priority if you do not have that particular ability talented. Recommended talents are listed alongside each section.
Fury Warrior Opening Rotation
The Fury opener is virtually identical to its single target priority, with the added caveat of initiating combat with
冲锋
whenever possible. The first priority always to get Enraged, which can be helped by casting
鲁莽
before using Charge in order to double its rage generation, although this will still not always allow Rampage to be cast immediately on the pull, so you should be prepared to use Onslaught with Tenderize or Bloodthirst if necessary. Aside from using Recklessness on the pull, the opening rotation does not otherwise deviate from the normal priority.
With the Season 4 build, the normal opener should look something like:
Recklessness + Avatar -> Charge -> Ravager -> Rampage / Onslaught -> Champion's Spear -> Rampage -> continue single target rotation.
With the Season 3 build, players will instead continue to offset Odyn's Fury and Avatar:
Recklessness -> Charge -> Rampage -> Odyn's Fury -> Champion's Spear/Thunderous Roar -> Bloodbath -> Rampage -> Avatar -> Bloodbath -> continue single target rotation

Using the Season 4 set bonus
The Season 4 set bonus is a repetition of Season 2 tier, with only one change to the rotation: using
嗜血
in order to trigger an automatic critical strike and trigger
寒光热血
. To do this reliably, the ability should be delayed until enough
无情突袭
have been built up to ensure the critical strike, roughly every 6-14 seconds. This will not keep the debuff up 100% of the time, but will help avoid wasting stacks early if Bloodthirst fails to crit.
This
WeakAura will help calculate that crit chance
, accounting for Recklessness and Merciless Assault stacks, to remove any guesswork from the rotation.
Using the Season 3 set bonus
The Season 3 set drops Raging Blow for a
歼灭者
and
浴血奋战
focused build. The rotational goal is to keep Bloodthirst/Bath on cooldown as much as possible, generating cooldown reduction for
奥丁之怒
, while filling gaps in the rotation with Execute, Slam, and Whirlwind. The emphasis on Bloodthirst means results in high
寒光热血
uptime and strong single target priority damage, although at the cost of less frequent cooldown use.
泰坦的折磨
also casts Odyn's Fury, triggering
狂怒嗜血
, and allowing up to 6 stacks of the buff to ensure none are wasted. Odyn's Fury should still generally be cast before Avatar however, in order to get it on cooldown so that it can benefit from cooldown reduction, though the two should not be cast at the same time to avoid overwriting the DoT from Odyn's Fury or the Dancing Blades buff, which only extends up to 4 seconds rather than its full duration.
Using Fyr'alath the Dreamrender
When using
菲莱拉兹,梦境之瞑
, the legendary should be activated whenever the brief channel will not put you in danger of dying to encounter mechanics. This will typically be either on the pull immediately after Charge or once the initial cast of Avatar has fallen approximately 25s into a pull, and then more or less on cooldown after.
Because the channel is now hasted, there is a minor benefit to having
激怒
active before casting, but the weapon does
not
benefit from other class-specific buffs like Recklessness or Avatar, so it is best distanced from major cooldowns.
In multitarget situations, the effect can be empowered by consuming
菲莱拉兹之印
from other targets, though it still splits damage, so it does not inherently gain more damage by hitting more targets. In some specific situations, this can be manipulated by consuming marks from several different enemies and then aiming in a way that the channel hits a smaller number of targets, thereby concentrating the damage. Keep in mind that
菲莱拉兹之印
is passively applied by nearly all Warrior attacks, including Charge, and does not stack, so it generally does not need to be micromanaged.
Execute Phase
Since Execute has a cooldown, it merely adds to the rotation rather than changing it completely or replacing other buttons the way it does for Arms. Whether due to
猝死
procs, or the target being below 20% (35% with
屠杀
), it is generally used at a high priority whenever it is available, in order to take advantage of its high damage and rage generation.
Multitarget Cleave
强化旋风斩
allows Fury to cleave its normal single target rotation on up to 4 additional targets, fitting naturally into the rotation and allowing very easy access to cleave damage with little setup or single target damage loss. This makes the multitarget rotation nearly identical to the single target one, with the added steps of ensuring the Whirlwind buff is always active and saving cooldowns to align burst with the greatest number of targets.
For general multi-target cleave
Always ensure the
强化旋风斩
buff is active, and prioritize maintaining Enrage through the use of
新鲜血肉
,
暴捶
,
泰坦之怒
, or Rampage.
Burst cooldowns such as
破坏者
,
勇士之矛
, and
奥丁之怒
should be synced with
鲁莽
and
天神下凡
, saved for groups of mobs whenever possible.
Otherwise, the multitarget rotation is simply a continuation of the single target one; while reapplying the Whirlwind buff whenever it falls.

Season 4's AoE rotation is very straightforward and reliable, thanks to Anger Management keeping Recklessness and Ravager aligned. Because of their low cooldown, they should be used very liberally, though occasional delay for a big pull may be warranted as long as it isn't forgoing an entire use of the abilities. Beyond that, the gameplay largely revolves around cleaving the single target rotation, with a special note to watch
Bloodthirst's crit chance
in order to cleave
寒光热血
onto multiple targets as much as possible.
Offensive Cooldown Usage for Fury Warriors in Dragonflight
Fury Warriors have several cooldowns, but they're all used more or less the same way - on cooldown as much as possible. When situations or timers allow, cooldowns can be aligned, but they should not be delayed by a significant amount (typically no less than 10-15% of their actual cooldown) unless the delay will allow them to hit multiple targets when they would otherwise hit one, or it will be your final use of the cooldown before the end of the fight regardless. The reason being is that losing an entire use of a cooldown is typically a bigger loss than what is gained by stacking the cooldown with something else to amplify it. Baseline, most cooldowns naturally align anyway, although talents such as Anger Management can cause this to misalign.
鲁莽
: is the specialization's primary cooldown, which should be used liberally.
天神下凡
is a secondary cooldown which aligns nicely with other cooldowns and triggers various effects depending on which follow-on talent is allocated.
奥丁之怒
is a powerful burst AoE attack, though it also does respectable damage in single target and triggers
剑舞
.
强攻
is a more single target alternative, which can still be cleaved like other attacks. Although it is weaker than Odyn's Fury, it is used
much
more frequently, while
暴捶
also triggers Slaughtering Strikes and Enrage.
破坏者
is a powerful multitarget attack. While it does respectable damage, its real value is the high amount of rage generation, as well as the large strength buff granted by the follow-on talent, Hurricane.
勇士之矛
and
雷鸣之吼
are both powerful cooldowns which naturally align with Avatar and should always be used together. Champion's Spear is stronger in single target due to its follow-on talent, Champion's Might, although some players may opt to drop it due to the burden of standing in the buff while avoiding enemy ground targeted effects.

ST: Rampage > Raging Blow at 2 charges > Bloodthirst
Never played a warrior so forgive me asking - aren't we risking resetting the enrage window half way through so we waste part of it? I thought Bloodthirst was only to trigger enrage and whirlwind would be filler if we had no raging blow or execute to cast during enrage, i.e.
Rampage > Raging Blow at 2 charges > Raging Blow at 1 charge > Whirlwind - > Bloodthirst

This is unnecessarily complicated. I need a spread sheet just to figure out what to do to simply play this game. Was this the plan or an unforeseen result of such overdevelopment? I guess there's always MInecraft...

Does having the talent Cold Steel, Hot Blood change the priority between Bloodthirst and Raging Blow (and of course their empowered counterparts as well)?
I recall in BfA the bleed from Bloodthirst crits was strong enough to make keeping Bloodthirst on cooldown a higher priority than Raging Blow, and I'm wondering if that's the case now as well.

In the "maximizing burst aoe" section, you list whirlwind as the first ability to use to get the whirlwind cleave charges up. However, since we're running the suggested Titanic Rage and Titan's Torment, we get those charges from using Avatar before any meaningful (ignoring the first Bloodthirst) single target ability to cleave. It seems to me that we can discard whirlwind from the burst opener, unless we're using Rampage to proc the initial Enrage, but at that point we're getting into the normal multi-target rotation since you should never use a Rampage in an aoe setting without a whirlwind charge.

Since patch 10.0.5, what is the best opener/priority rotation for fury warrior based on emphasizing the onslaught build? My profile is at
https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/silvermoon/oxblade
My priority rotation has been raging blow/onslaught to generate rage which I use for rampage. When available I spam Execute and CD's as they come available but still my DPS is habitually on the bottom of every raid..... I have nice enchants, use my glacial pots, all the right stuff. I have anger management to get uptime on recklessness and ravager. One thing I'm not 100% sure on is where talents should be invest in the fury tree between ... I just brought my haste up from 20% to 23% with the recent completion/implementation of the catalyst quest so I don't know if this will make a noticable difference or not. I been contemplating going arms but I just dumped my primal focus/sparks into a second 402 2 hander so I hate to not utilize this. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I spend massive amounts of time on the raid dummy but never get those WOW moments in increasing dps. Last night on heroic brood I couldn't get over 29k dps (plateau rotational damage) on broodkeeper, even the tank was at times more than me.... My ilvl is 399 and I see all the time other warrior 5 or 10 ilvl lower than me pull down 40 and 50k steady (non-burst) dps easy (granted I don't have my 4pc tier set) but I get booted from raids frequently because of my low numbers can't figure out what to do to improve this, any advice would be greatly appreciated from my warrior brothers out there, thanks all!

This is both a macros/rotation question but comments aren't allowed on macroes page. If I macro recklessness together with odyn's fury, is recklessness guaranteed to apply to that odyn's fury, or is it necessary to separate them?
