Baseline Frost Death Knight Spells
- Summons Sindragosa, who breathes frost on all enemies within 40 yd in front of you dealing a large amount of damage and slowing targets hit.
Damage Dealing Abilities
- Deals damage in an area around the Death Knight to enemies each second. Costs 1 rune.
- A ranged spell that deals damage to the target and cleaves a portion of the damage to other nearby enemies. Applies
to all targets hit. Costs 1 rune.
- A Runic Power spending that deals damage to a target.
- A single target spell that deals damage to a single target. Costs 2 runes.
- An offensive cooldown that increases Strength by 20% and prevents external movement effects.
- A cooldown that activates all runes and generates 25 Runic Power.
: Absorbs a set amount of magic damage, granting you RP for the absorbed damage. Additionally, it prevents the application of many magic debuffs. This should be used as you're about to take significant magic damage to essentially nullify it.
consumes 45 Runic Power to heal 20% of the damage taken in the last 5 seconds, or 10% health whichever is higher.
: Icebound Fortitude provides 30% damage reduction for 8 seconds on a 3 minute cooldown.

There are 2 different priorities that we use as Frost based on whether we are inside of breath or outside as the focuses of both are slightly different.
