For those of you trying to find out how to obtain this follower, through all the interesting facts,and information of what these followers were created from. I have found one thing that shows how to obtain this follower,

Before you click on that link and get lost in all the interesting facts that link has to offer, about half way down that link has this statement; "Many followers that can be recruited from the Inn are references to Flintlocke:" following that statement is 8 followers including this one. only “医生”舒维瑟尔 can be a follower to both the horde and the alliance factions. So in my assumption is that you must have an inn to be able to recruit any of the 8 followers.

For those of you wondering how to recruit from the inn;

There was a questions asked about the followers being temporary, no they are permanent once you obtain them.

If anyone has more information on how to obtain these followers i would be more than willing to update this thread happy hunting. :)
