BiS tanking necklace for Firelands. It's pretty bad for strength-based DPS characters, due to the fact that this has much lower STR than other necklaces of the same ilvl.

Still either competitive or superior at T13 level considering the only new tanking neck is 守护之刺项链.

The 397 gains 139 dodge (assuming you're reforging the expertise->dodge on this neck) and 22 stamina at the cost of 93 mastery (and the remainder of the expertise).

Assuming you're ambivalent about dodge & stacking mastery+stam - probably the most commonly recommended plate tank approach at present - the 397 is much more a sidegrade than an upgrade.
