As of right now, this achievement is bugged, but still obtainable.
In order to earn it, you need to receive 10 HKs at each node, however, you CANNOT DIE during the course of these HKs. If you do, the count for each individual node resets.
For instance, you earn 8 HKs at the Mines, then you die. When you respawn, you will have 0 Hks at the Mines, and need to earn 10 more.
However, if you earn 10 at Mines, then 4 at Lighthouse and die, you will KEEP the progression at Mines while your total at Lighthouse will reset to 0. Earning 10 at any given node works as a save point for that particular node.
I do not believe this achievement is working as intended, but this is how it is currently working. Good luck to all!

Getting this achievement is actually somewhat challenging due to the battle frequently being over too quickly for 30 HKs to occur at all.
The easiest way to get this (as a team) is to zerg waterworks and meet the enemy team there. Cap it and accumulate your 10 kills while the enemy team caps lighthouse and mine. Once you have your 10 there, zerg lighthouse (or mine if alliance) while leaving a few defending waterworks, cap it, and farm any enemies who resurrect at their start point. Then have the zerg team push back to mine (or lighthouse) once the opposing team is trapped at a single node far from their start point and resurrects there, just making sure not to cap the node until everyone who needs the HKs there has it.
This method ensures the battle will go on long enough to get a good portion of your team the achievement.

According to wow-achievements, this is among the rarest completed achievements in the game.
I believe they fixed the counter bug, but its still very difficult to get because the game is often over before you can complete all the HKs. The best strat I've found is
1. Track the achieve so you know which flags still need more HKs.
2. Hold 2 flags initially, because this forces the enemy to continuously attack your flags and give you HKs. Mine and WW work well.
3. Bounce back and forth between whichever flag the enemy is attacking.
4. Never go back to a flag once you get enough HKs there; instead, give up that flag and let the enemy have it, because otherwise your team will win the game too quickly.
5. In the second half of the game, attack LH and hope some ally will let you GY camp them. GY camp kills count toward the achieve, so the LH flag is the easiest.
It will probably take multiple attempts, but with a pre-made and giving flags back to the enemy, you just need a little luck to finish the achieve.

I have been incredible lucky to get this particular achievement . It is a tremendous job to try and complete this one , but after finally achieving it , you will feel sky high .
The way i did it (as horde) : Went straight to WV , there's been a whole bunch of alliance players , we managed to out run them , got the 10 kills , went to LH and after about half the game i got the 10 kills there aswell . The last and the tricky part is that alliance must have and keep for as much the last base you are trying to get the last kills . Right about the game ended , and the last alliance player died at Mines , the achievement popped . The game been close to 1 : 1 bases almost all the time , so it lasted for quite some time .

Just for a bit of clarity:
For an honorable kill to qualify for this achievement, the opposition character being killed must die in the appropriate zone. It doesn't matter where you are, provided that you are in range to get credit for the honorable kill.
Some implications of this:
you can get credit towards the achievement even if you aren't actually at mines, lighthouse or waterworks
you
won't
get credit if you are at one of those zones, but your opponent dies outside the zone
This has particular relevance to ranged and DoT classes who may have to deal with enemies running away when they are nearly dead. If you are going for this achievement you want to focus on those enemies who are close to the flag and try to keep them there. If they do try to run away and get quite far, rather let them go and return to the flag in the hopes that they will come closer.
I was able to verify this in two ways:
In one battle I was at mines getting kills, but the fighting was happening midfield. I got close enough to share in HKs without ever leaving the mines zone, but even after 17 odd HKs I still didn't have credit for that location.
In a later battle I saw myself getting credit for mines after I got an HK while running to mines, but before I actually got close enough for my map to register me as being in the zone.
