Speculation from PTR fights, might be completely different in live.
Regurgitated Ooze is an ability used by players who use a potion to turn into an abomination during the Putricide fight. This ability is used to slow Volatile Oozes. These Oozes trap a player and move towards them, exploding for a large amount of damage, but split between all nearby players.
Using Regurgitated Ooze slows the Volatile Ooze, giving people time to burn down the ooze, or hug the trapped player to split the damage.
Getting this achievement means that there is basically no time for DPSing the Ooze, and players need to hug the trapped players ASAP.

Gave this an attempt tonight, it seemed pretty doable, for the green slimes you just need everyone to group up and hopefully kill before the explode goes off more then twice.
The orange slimes seem a bit more difficult, but some sort of speed buff to help people kite them for a little while such as a holy priests Body and Soul makes it fine, remember the orange slimes hitting people is manageable, the player they're targeting just needs to kite a little bit first so some of the debuff stacks go away (the longer the player kites the less damage the raid takes when the slime finally hits them).
Also once you get him into his final phase you're pretty much there, as you don't need to worry about the slimes anymore.

Regurgitated Ooze
is a spell cast by the Abomination on a slime that puts a damage DOT on it and slows its movement speed by 50%. This achievement requires that you do NOT use this spell.
The biggest loss will be the movement speed debuff, without it, the slime will come at full speed towards the person it targets.
Everytime a slime spawns, the abomination should IMMEDIATELY beginning helping to melee DPS the slime as much as possible, ignore the slime pools until the individual slime is dead.
Green Slime - The slime will almost certaintly reach its target without a movement speed debuff, so everyone should DPS it down as much as possible, then stack up on its target when it reaches that person, so the damage is spread out. Once it knocks everyone back, DPS it again before it reaches its 2nd target.
Red Slime - You can kite these, but without the movement speed debuff its hard, we gave every raid member a swiftness potion to help out and it really made a difference.
Phase 3 of the fight does not involve slimes, so nothing is changed there.
One thing to note about the Abomination's damage output, it seems to be somewhat related to spec or what gear you have on (need confirmation of some sorts on this one). Our paladin who was controlling the Abomination was originally prot, and noticied his damage was significantly lower than when he was Retribution wearing DPS gear. So we had him go Ret and did 7 DPS, 2 Healers, 1 Tank for Phase 3. Yes, you can do one tank on Phase 3 assuming you have bloodlust and good enough DPS to burn the boss before the tank reaches 6 stacks of debuff.

Completed this achievement yesterday. We had our ranged DPS (Warlock, Mage and Boomkin) start nuking the adds as soon as they spawned, along with the abomination. Our melee DPS (DK and Rogue) would join in as soon as the add had a target lock. The add would always reach its target once, and die shortly after.
To soak the Volatile Ooze explosion, we used our two melee DPS, two pets (Ghoul and Felhunter) and our Priest healer. Between the five of them, the damage was easily managed. Ranged would stay put and keep nuking the Ooze. The Gas Cloud would simply be kited as long as possible. It'd catch it's target eventually, deal some raid damage, and die shortly after. Basically, as long as you can kill the adds before they reach their target a second time, you'll be fine.
At the above post; the Abomination's
Mutated Slash
ability deals 100% weapon damage, so it's possible that simply having your Paladin equip a two-handed weapon for phases 1 and 2 would be sufficient.

Completed this achievement yesterday. Even though it is the wing's end boss, don't let that fool you, the difficulty is on par with Festergut's achievement and easier than Rotface's.
We took ranged DPS only for maximum damage on the slime adds, but it could have easily been done with a few melee as well. Unless your ranged deliver incredible DPS, the red slime
will
hit its target, thus causing raid-wide damage ... but you'll survive it (damage is about the same as Festergut AoE with only 2 spores buffed). Just focus on bringing down the slime adds as fast as possible and you'll be done quickly.

Something to think about when doing this achievement:
Normally, you don't want the person targeted by either mob to use things like ice block or cloak of shadows, due to the issues of unexpected damage/target change.
However, when doing this achievement, people are prepared for the damage, and target changes can actually be a good thing.
The green slime will not do its explosion if its target is dropped. We used this to our advantage by having people wait, and then use the ability right before it got to them. For example, our phase 3 transition was kind of poorly timed, an ooze was going to reach someone and explode right before tear gas. The rogue, however, cloaked right before it reached him, and the ooze was killed before it could cast adhesive on a new target, allowing us to enter phase 3 perfectly with the entire raid at 100%.
The same is true for the gas mobs, if you can drop the debuff before they get to you, it will have to recast its targeting spell and catch the new person before it can explode.

We did this lastnight after 4 attempts, it's surprisingly not that difficult, as somebody mentioned above, slightly on par with flu shot shortage, but not as difficult as dances with ooze / full house. our strategy went something like this:
1x Prot war (MT)
1x Blood DK (OT)
1x Hunter
1x Feral druid (me)
1x Enh Shaman
1x Rogue
1x Mage
1x Shadow priest
1x Holy Pala
1x Resto Shaman
Tank pulls, and drags putricide to the center. The second the experiment emote is mentioned, all the melee run to the spot where the green ooze will spawn, and begin DPSing it down immediately; if the melee gets targeted, the healers will have to be on the ball, especially if they get it twice in a row (really bad luck), but having the melee run to the spot beforehand makes getting it down a lot easier.. Also have the abomination DPSing the adds too, helps alot.
The orange cloud is far more deadly, makes sure you have ranged as far away as possible, and when it chooses a target, melee start nuking... make sure you assign a kite path before-hand so healers know where to go, do not be afraid to blow short cooldowns on this boss. It gets a little bit more chaotic in ph2 which is the hardest part, but its virtually the same.. just be quick, keep boss roughly in the center for convienience with the melee, and the range just stay on the side of the boss opposite to whichever add will spawn..
Of course save bloodlust for ph3! We wiped on 15% on one attempt due to bad slime kiting, wiped on 160k after two melee got the vial debuff, and then finally got it down.. As I mentioned certainly not the hardest achievement we've done so far, but its quite fun and makes normal mode seem like a breeze.

This achievement is extremely easy to get. Just tell whoever is on Abom duty to NOT use the Regurgitated Ooze ability and you will get it without a problem.

Incredibly easy to 2-man this at 90 on 10-man with a Blood DK and windwalker monk. We were originally going to keep using the Plague Scientist's buff to increase our damage by 100% and burn him down even faster, but it got killed by the insect swarm in the entrance. We just burned him down without bothering with the abomination at all and got the achievement. Would have been faster with the Plague Scientist, but it didn't take all too long. He has less than 10 million health on 10-man normal.

For anyone attempting to solo this achievement, simply don't drink the ooze and become the abomonation as this resets the fight.
Did this as a paladin, may differ with a pet class.
