Defeat Bronjahm in The Forge of Souls on Heroic Difficulty without letting him cast his big spell.
The "big spell" this PTR build refers to is
灵魂风暴
. As of now it seems that he casts it when his health reaches 20% or so, but the cast is not interruptible as far as I know.
EDIT
: Out of date. The current achievement is:
Defeat Bronjahm in The Forge of Souls on Heroic Difficulty with at least 4 Corrupted Soul Fragments alive.
Bronjahm will cast Corrupt Soul occasionally, which will spawn a Corrupted Soul Fragment off the target of the spell. The Fragments are NPCs that don't do a terrible lot of damage, but have relatively low health and might die if you like to Cleave a lot. If I recall correctly, he uses Corrupt Soul only as long as his health is higher than 20% (Phase 1).

Every 30s or so, he will target one of your party members and channel a spell that makes you spawn a Corrupted Soul Fragment, what you are supposed to do is to run as far as you can from him (20-30y), because when those souls spawn the start moving towards Bronjahm, and when they touch him, they heal him.
This is how my group did it.
We kited him around the platform that's right before you pull him, our DK froze the souls and our warrior slowed them with Piercing Howl. We carefully ran around the platform making the souls follow him.
While at it, we kept him around 40% hp. Once all 4 spawned, we started moving back to the center of the room where you pull him, and there we burned him down till he was dead.
Ez achiv.

All you need to know about this achievement.
Corrupt soul would cast every 20-30 sec. On the third soul, the tank can run the boss out the entrance, but not further than the circular area(he resets at that distance). The rest of the group stands near the door and range DPS gets the boss to 37%.
On the forth soul ranged DPS/tank gets the boss to 35% and he ports to the middle of his room. To slow the adds on their way back you can frost trap/root/Hungering Cold(frost nova likely works too) them near the door. Run into his room, blow cooldowns and kill him.

This is how we did it:

Basically kiting the boss, ccing the orbs and burning the boss down when he teleports back.

The ability page for Bronjahm says the following:
Consume Soul
(Phase 1)
- Consumes a Corrupted Soul Fragment and heals Bronjahm for 120,000 health.
Does this mean that he won't cast consume soul once he's reached P2? Quite a difference that makes between just killing the boss and keeping the adds of him without being able to move him.

We did this today after a bit of struggling because we thought he wasn't slowable anymore.
Our groupsetup was Death Knight Blood tank (me), Balance Druid, Feral Druid, Marksmanship Hunter and Holy Paladin.
I started by pulling him and pulling him forward (we cleared the packs behind him by running through him and resetting him by running too far, after which we cleared the groups behind him).
Now, standing in front of the ramp to his platform there's a dead end to the left of said ramp with 3 mobs. We killed those and had our DPS and healer stand at the edge. On the platform on the other side of that (coming down from the other side's ramp of Bron's platform to the left) I positioned the boss. You can DPS from there. He would Drain Soul our DPS and healer, who would use Entangeling Roots and Frost trap to lock them down. Upon portalling, everyone ran to his platform ASAP (might have to use a defensive cooldown or two to avoid his Soulstorm's slow/damage) and bursted him down whilst controlling the Soul Essence orb spawns.
Hope this was helpful.

Just did this in a group with 2 rogues, pally, boomkin and priest. Just wanted to add that crippling poison for one of the rogues on both weapons helped a lot. The boss is immune to the slows from the poisons (kept popping immune on combat floating text) so our rogue can dps boss and fan of knives the orbs now and then to get slows out without affecting the tank's ability to kite. The slowing poison made the orbs nearly standstill Cleared all trash on the platform before the boss and made use of the entire space to kite.
He used
Heartpierce
and
Rib Spreader
which never brought the orbs down past 50% hp so any high end weapons should be safe to use. If in doubt, can always buy a pair of
Dalaran Dagger
in dal from the vendor.
He also swapped weapons to use normal dps poisons just as the boss teleported back.
Each of our dps had at least 5.8k - 6k gs so hero wasn't needed.

Hello, any fellow hunters trying to solo this achievement?
So far I've managed to hold 3 orbs at once, keeping pet or myself isn't the problem but with multiple orbs and moving pet it just gets too hectic.
Share your tips here.

Can not solo unless you have pet. He won't cast Corrupt Soul unless someone besides tank is there. I tried with companion trinket but didn't work.

The big things to realize for this achievement:
1) He needs (roughly) LOS to cast the soul sever thing, but it can go through walls, but not the floor
2) What got us in trouble the most was him creating a fragment, and another one hitting him while he was casting, so you need to control when people are in "castable" range of him. (tank can't be soul severed)
3) Make him teleport when the fragments are in one of the side hallways, that way you have a decent buffer time to kill him. They do need to get on him, and I'm pretty sure be on top of him for ~1-2 seconds before they'll merge, so you can kite them around fairly easy.

Seems to be impossible to solo as a frost mage. Apparently the soulfather dosn't recognize the Water Elemental as another person.

Managed to solo this as a lvl 90 DK.
First of all, you must spec Unholy so that you have a permanent Ghoul pet. Blood or Frost's temporary Ghoul won't work. Second, be in Unholy Presence. You cannot be in Blood Presence due to the large amount of threat it will give you; you need to carefully manage threat in the fight. As for talents, pick Death's Advance for the speed and Remorseless Winter for a little snaring help. You can't stun the fragments with Asphyxiate talent. A very important glyph is the minor
被烧毁的雕文
, which comes in handy for healing your pet, who will be tanking.
Your ghoul pet must be the one who currently has threat for Bronjahm to cast hos Corrupt Soul spell. If you have threat, he won't ever cast it. You can gain threat and lose it to make him cast it again, if needed. This means that you must constantly be on the move, kiting the soul fragments, while managing that your ghouls must have threat, but also stay alive (you heal him with DC) and move strategically. You will need to cleverly use the Move To command for your ghoul, in order to make
the ghoul do the kiting of Bronjahm
, while you do your best to make soul fragments spawn as far away from him as possible. The optimal way to spawn a fragment is to move towards to one of the two ends of his "reset area" (from the circle right in the center of the map up to the first bend in the platform leading up to Devourer of Souls). When you're about 30 yards from the end of where you can kite him, make your ghoul attack him, making him stay there fighting the ghoul. Now move further away and let a fragment spawn. Then, use the Move To command for your ghoul so the ghoul starts kiting Bronjahm away from the fragment. You follow and repeat in another area, making sure that the fragment doesn't get consumed by Bronjahm. Easy enough to do with one or two fragments to manage, but it's super hard with 3+.
When you finally have four fragments, make your pet follow you and (carefully) start dps'ing Bronjahm. Switch to Blood Presence so you can easily gain threat, you no longer need your pet. Now kite him to the very far end of his reset area, wait until the fragments are close to him, then get him down to 35%. He will instantly teleport back to his spawn spot; you should now quickly run to him - preferably with rocket boots - and finish him off before the fragments make it there. The fragments don't care about you running through them, by the way. Forget about snaring them, your frost fever will kill them.
Another thing to note is that if you feel that you've messed up, you can reset him by running past either of his "reset area" ends. If he makes it to P2, you can't reset him this way and will have to either die or painfully run snared to the entrance of the dungeon and zone out.
Good luck! Any other pet class should be able to do this, but as mentioned, your pet must be the one currently holding agro on him for him to cast Corrupt Soul.

I managed to
solo
this achievement as a
Frost Mage
.
I started the fight in the outer circle (south-east of the boss as you look at the map).
I pulled the boss with my elemental and ran to the corner I mentioned earlier. I used my nova and my elemental's nova to slow the adds and keep them from reaching the boss. I slowly kited through the boss starting place into the northern outer circle. When 4 adds poped, I started damaging him and he entered phase 2 and teleported back to the middle platform.
Note that the adds don't teleport with him. You
MUST NOT
start second phase when the adds are on the middle platform, because he will teleport right near them.
Then I went back, killed him and got the achievement.
Also, Deep Freeze does not work on the adds.
Have fun! It's doable!

Two manned this in 5.1. Used a Retribution Paladin & Disc Priest. I kited Bronjahm on the walkway outside his spawn while the Priest used Void Tendril to root the fragments. We managed to get 2 fragments rooted while I kited from the third, then as he cast the fourth sever I started DPSing to push him into the 2nd phase.

Had lots of fun doing this with a friend. Me feral druid he enhance shammy.
The boss could be pulled all around the large curved platforms outside his circular room, but not onto the parts between the curved platforms - then he would reset. Try it out once yourself and let him reset.
The fragments slowly path towards the boss, but not slow enough to make it easy. If they reach the boss they disappear and heal him.
We tried starting with the first fragment as far north as we could take the boss, and see if we could get all four fragments as we slowly pulled the boss as far south as he could go. But fragments moved too fast for that. Seemed like a 20 - 30 second timer between creating fragments. Fragments are created on top of whoever doesn't have aggro, but they pose no threat whatsoever. However you might have to hit the boss or heal something to get him to notice you're both there, or he might not care about spawning any fragments.
Don't know if there's a max range for how far away he can create the fragment - maybe you can hit him and run all around the instance if someone else holds aggro on him?
灵魂腐蚀
says unlimited range. We saw at least a 40 yard channel.
Biggest problem is when you have to turn around and run past the fragments with the boss - if he stops and starts channeling his spell at that time all fragments may hit him. Assuming you kite the fragments from south to north - once all fragments are past the middle try to pass by the fragments and switch kite direction directly after the next time he channels a new fragment. The time you pass by fragments and switch kite direction should be when you use slows and stuff on higher cooldowns. This is a lot easier to execute if all fragments are clumped together, so everyone without aggro should be standing just in front of the fragments path to make them spawn on top of eachother. Properly executed you will probably only need to switch direction one time before four fragments are up and you can nuke him. I removed my weapon before I pulled him and equipped it mid-fight. Didn't notice the boss teleporting anywhere.
As a druid I should have tried using
纠缠根须
and
台风
on the fragments. Someone go try that for me!

Just soloed as an Enhance Shaman, 3/2/14. You need the talents Primal Elementalists and Earthgrab totem. Test his tether distance to help yourself out a little. Ok, so pull Bronjahm with windshear to the farthest point before tether. Pop earth elemental and have him hit bronjahm once and put on passive. Start to lead him away with elemental (move to command) far as possible. Keep character in original position til soul corrupt. Then keep moving Bronjahm with elemental til second soul corrupt. Element should despawn soon, drop earthgrab to hold fragments. Bronjahm will aggro onto you. Run to farthest point with Brojahm and wait for fragments. Drop earthgrab again and take Bronjahm to opposite end drop fire elemental. Elemental should hit once to get aggro, then passive. Pretty much repeat what you did with earth elemental to get the 4 fragments. Keep using earthgrab when necessary to hold fragments and then burn him down.

Just did this recently and it was easier than I thought. Did it with two people, warrior (me) and a pally.
Pally did the kiting, moved the boss out of the room and always moved near the edges.
Anytime he started casting the soul thing on me I ran the opposite direction of the boss (wasn't sure if he could cast while I wasn't in line of sight so I always tried to be in line of sight). I only used piercing howl for slowing the fragments, it lasts 15 seconds so you don't have to spam it all the times. Since you need rage for piercing howl I started the fight with almost max rage (there are few thrash mobs before the boss) and was in defensive stance because of the rage regen since I didn't dare attacking the boss because I was "scared" of pushing him to phase 2 (we were both ilvl 550+).
A few times the soul fragments passed very close, almost ran trough the boss but he didn't absorb them. Looks like if you move the boss at all times even if the fragments pass very close he wont absorb them unless he stops for a second or two, hence why I said it was easier than I thought.
As soon as the four fragments appeared we attacked him and killed him very quickly, he didn't even start the phase 2.
Well I hope this helps somebody, good luck all.

I figured out a strat for soloing this that works for Balance Druids at level 90.
Prep work:
You'll need
and
野性蘑菇
for this strat, make sure both are on your bar
Clear all adds in the areas where the boss can reach, meaning the last big circle area before his room, the deadend areas off to the side, and the pats on the big ramp behind his room
To see where he despawns, body pull him and drag him back to the start/up the ramp past his room. It's important to know these locations so you don't accidentally cross them
Remove your Legendary Cloak if you have one, just in case.
The strat is relatively simple, the gist is that you're using your treants to trick him into generating a soul fragment and then slowing said fragments with your shrooms to enable you to kite him far away from them. The most important part is that you never use a single threat generating attack or heal whatsoever, getting any amount of threat might make it impossible for your freshly spawned treants to pull threat off of you.
You'll be dragging him as far as he can go where you'll drop a treant and run away. He'll channel soul fragment on you and while that's happening you'll need to be dropping shrooms between you and him. Once the channel's over, run to meet him as the treant's likely about to disappear (remember do not use any threat generating moves).
Once you're back in control of him, you'll need to kite him around the slowed soul fragment, back through his room, drop your shrooms on the opposite ramp as you go down it, and go as far as you can go on the other side. Once you see the soul come out of his room, drop a treant and run straight towards the other soul while dropping shrooms between you and the boss. Once the second soul is spawned, you run back to the boss just like before, but this time you're going to idle a bit as you try to get the two souls as close to each other as possible before you kite him around them and to the other side.
Once you've gotten that part down, you're done: just do that two more times so you have four souls. On the last time you're going to still want to slow up the fragments like before, but instead of kiting the boss around them you're going to attack him. Use Moonfire if you're in Lunar (absolutely do not use Sunfire, the risk is too great that you'll accidentally hit a fragment) and then spam Starsurge until he's 20%. If you didn't get a Moonfire off, then you're going to want to
急奔
to his room so you can kill him before the fragments get there. Congrats on the achievement!

I've just soloed this

Took me some time to figure this out, but I knew I could do it.
Let

tank him and when he gather your
腐化的灵魂碎片
, use
魂体双分:转移
to somewhere far away and specially with some all or gap between. Then use
迷醉酒雾
to slow the soul down. Keep doing this. If you don't have
yet
(like me)
, keep using your
滚地翻
to keep distance. After the second and mainly the third soul, you will have to kite him summoning your statue away from the souls.
When all 4 souls are on the field, you can aggro him and lure him away from the orbs.
From there, just
Smash
him :D
It's pretty fun, because it's like a puzzle.
If you liked this strategy, upvote ;D

A tip for level 100 Hunters trying to get this achievement is to put your pet on passive, remove your weapon, MD on pet and hit him once or twice just to establish some threat on the pet. Equip your weapon again and use Ice Trap all the time on the Corrupted Soul Fragments. Use your pets Move To ability to control where the boss runs, make good use of the Ice Trap.
But what really made it possible for me was the tier 1 talent Narrow Escape. Use Disengage close to the fragments when he starts casting
Corrupt Soul
. This is to ensure they won't reach him while he's standing still and casting.

Can confirm that you can do this as a DK. I usually run Blood, but for the purposes of a permanent pet than Unholy is required. Here's a list of things you'll need:
1. Unholy Specialization.
2. Ghoul Pet.
3. Death's Advance.
4. Remorseless Winter.
5. Festering Strike.
6. Unholy Presence.
7. Way too much patience and timing.
You start out by sending your ghoul to leap onto him; make sure your ghoul is on passive so he doesn't DPS him anymore than you want to. Then, become very familiar with the Move To button. You'll want to start by positioning yourself perfectly, regardless of the soul fragments being fed to him. I started out by being on the top of the ramp in front of the torchlight, while my ghoul (and thus Bronjahm) in front of me, in the middle by the stairs, but still back by the lamp. Right as he casted corrupted soul, as you'll want to do for every single time, I ran away as fast as I could. Once a corrupted fragment was created, I ran to my ghoul so I could be in LoS to issue Move To orders effectively. I moved him up the ramp to Bronjahm's platform, then over to the other side, and then to the left side of that platform. Essentially, you'll want to keep going so Bronjahm never touches one, and the best way to do that is by making sure you can get him to cross his platform EACH time you get a new one (yes, it's alot of walking). Now, the way to utilise Death's Advance is that EVERY time after you run away after having your soul be split into a corrupted fragment, use Death's Advance to quickly get back to your ghoul so you can issue the Move To orders as fast as possible. Issuing them fast, and issuing them for long and strategic distances will win you the achievement; long as in distance wise, and strategic as in utilising LoS mechanics and making the Fragments hug the way so you can move to the other wall, and then past them (which you will constantly have to do). Remember, you are under a time crunch, since it's cast every 30 seconds or so, although DBM doesn't give you a timer, so either use a timer and hope it's right, or just go under the assumption you need to work faster. Finally, use Remorseless Winter around two fragments up after they're clustered together and on Bronjahm's platform, then you can use it again at four. Once four are up and you think you can get to him. use Remorseless Winter, ensure you get all four of the fragments affected, move him as far away from the Fragments as possible, then right as remorseless winter lets up, run to him as fast as possible (perhaps even with Death's Advance), and Festering Strike him. I have 640 gear, so one auto and one Festering Strike did him in. If you aren't confident you can defeat him in less than a second, than make sure the fragments aren't on his platform already, or else he'll teleport there after he's down a certain percentage of health, and then you can defeat him there. And don't worry about generating runic power to heal your ghoul; if you're level 100, then you should be fine with him wailing on him for awhile (I even took a bath to relax once and came back and he had only damaged him 20k/110k).
In total, this took me about an hour and a half to do, but I only started using this exact strategy the last two times. It's a lot of work to get good at it, but trust me, having a completed Lich King Dungeon achievement list is totally worth it.

This is all as of WoD patch 6.1
You require more than one person to gain this achievement as Bronjahm won't cast Soul Corruption if you are alone. A hunter can very well have his pet tank while he runs away to maximize the corrupted soul's distance. He casts soul corruption around every 30 seconds while above 20% health, once at 20% or below he will begin soulstorm which cannot be interrupted and is cast for 10 minutes.
Now my 2 cents of extra info for this achievement
. The Priest ability
[
虚空触须
Void Tendrils
works on the soul fragments. At lvl 100 it keeps them rooted for 20 seconds and with a 30 sec cooldown, coinciding with Corrupt Soul's every 30 second cast, this allows for just 10 seconds of having to kite him away from the souls until Void Tendrils is off cooldown, though if you have more than one Priest-ideally- this wont be the case if the Priests chain use Void Tendrils, leading to the easiest completion of this achievement.

Just a head's up: this is impossible to solo unless A) you have a pet that can hold aggro, and B) you have a slowing ability. Lacking one or the other means you're out of luck. The kings of solo, i.e., hunters, can pull this off. DK's can supposedly do it with the help of a ghoul. Warlocks don't have a slowing ability anymore and so are out of luck.

I did this 3 times with a friend and our alts and each time we failed to get the achieve with 4 corrupted fragments still alive when the boss died -- here's what the achievement's description doesn't tell you. You must not have allowed any of the fragments to reach the boss at all during the fight.
If any fragments reach him and he heals from it, the achievement is considered to have failed
. So you must kite him around and cc/slow the corrupted fragments until at least the 4th one spawns, then you may kill the boss. I wish that were clearer in the achievement!

I completed this as of today with L100 705+ ilvl Mage solo. Frost Mage of course.
Ice Ward and Water Elemental's Freeze are required.
Get some melee trash before boss. We'll use them to freeze souls. Pull the boss with Ice Elemental, but don't use skill just move your elemental to the boss.
Then move the boss the some place and you get the other corner. Try to make good use of both freezes to freeze 3 souls. When the 4th one appears kill the boss with a random skillm (don't aoe just in case). And it's done.

This achievement can be accomplished as a DK while in Unholy. Keep pet on passive. Hotkey your pet's Move To action button. I would suggest something convenient to your movement keys. During this fight you Do Not Do Any Damage until it's time to burn him down. At level 100 it should only take two hits. Start the fight by placing your ghoul next to Bronjahm. Once the fight starts, kite the boss using your pet's Move To action button to the out side ring. After the first Soul Fragment is created you'll have to maneuver the boss to keep the fragments away from him. The encounter will end if Bronjahm passes the burning cauldron wagon on the first left turn leading to the next boss or if he passes half way through the first circle back towards the entrance. This should give you plenty of room to fool around. If he does absorb one of the fragments its OK, just continue kiting and learn from your mistakes. While Corrupt Soul is being cast on you stay with the other Soul Fragments and position your ghoul appropriately. Try to have your ghoul leading you by at least four seconds. If there is enough room between the Boss and you after the fourth Corrupt Soul you should be able to run ahead of it and the others and burn him down.

As of 7.1.5 this achievement is soloable by any Shaman spec so long as you have the Earthgrab Totem talent. For whatever reason the initial pulse of EGT creates a bit of aggro. This is just enough so that he runs to the totem and casts Corrupt Soul on you. Here's where it takes a bit of skill/practice. First you want the totem between you and him. This way the Soul Fragment will get rooted by the totem before reaching the boss. Then you have to run to the opposite side of him and right click off your totem.
For those that don't know, yes you can click off totems. Under your character's portrait will be each of your active totems and how much time is remaining. You need to right click this or else he will sit there attacking the totem and the souls will reach him. One soul isn't too bad but it gets trickier as you add more souls. When this happens you need to drop the totem so that the first pulse hits the boss, it will root the other souls when they get close (who are usually around the middle of the platform), and root the soul he sucks from you. At which point you have to run through him and click off the totem again so that he chases you away from the souls.
Keep doing this until you have three souls. Be sure to use Earthbind Totem to keep the adds slowed (it's pulse doesn't draw boss aggro like Earthgrab does). Once you get the third soul it's easiest to backtrack towards the entrance a bit while waiting on Earthgrab's final CD. Then simply drop it, wait for the soul, and then cast any instant-cast spell to 1hko him before the souls get there.

Extremely easy for hunters in legion. Just spec into SV, talent rangers net and spam it on the adds. Along with tar trap and rangers net, the adds didnt even move 10 yards away from starting position so you can do it in the same platform. (No mis-direction so walk your pet over the boss to make pet get aggro).

Actually I soloed this as a warlock, without the use of any slows or any other sort of CC. So as long as you have a pet to hold the aggro, you should be able to solo it.
I'll try to explain how I kited the boss around since the other comments weren't explaining it very detailed.
The round room in the center wasn't enough, use both arcs to the north and south. Let's say the two passages are at 12 and 6 o'clock. Always position yourself at around 3 or 9 o'clock, so that the central path between both arcs is free right after fragments spawned.
Another thing to mention: if the distance between you and the boss is too big, he won't summon more fragments. If you stick to my guide, this shouldn't be a problem though.
- At the start, send in your pet and wait til there's one fragment up.
- Then, use your pet to kite the boss to the north arc. Position your pet on the arc to the right of the ramp, so that the fragment will stay on the right side while it passes the ramp.
- If the fragment is (nearly) down on the ramp, position your pet to the left of the ramp, wait like one second, and then get it inside the main room again. You should have passed the fragment now somewhere at the center of the northern arc.
- It may take a bit of practice, but you should be able to get the boss inside the center of the room before he channels another fragment spell. Move a bit to 2 or 10 o'clock so that both fragments will have roughly the same distance to the boss.
- If you timed it good, the channel should be over before the first fragment reaches the boss.
- With the first fragment coming from 12 o'clock and the second one coming from your position, now do the same with the southern ramp.
- Get your pet down there, wait til both fragments (they should pretty much align) are near, kite the boss around them into the main room again.
- Now he's channeling a 3rd fragment (get close to 4 or 8 o'clock so that all 3 fragments have roughly the same distance again). If he's done before any of the first two reach him, you win!
- Get your pet to the northern arc again. Position it right at the far left end of the arc. By the time the boss is there, it will soon channel the final fragment and you should have enough time for a few (ranged, probably) attacks to kill him before any of the now four fragments reach him.

Little comprehensive BfA update here for those pushing through achievements but are HIGH LEVEL.
So - you thought you'd pop in to the Forge of Souls at lvl 110 and one shot the dudes with your bad self collecting all the lovely achievements as you have with other raids you missed out on back in the day. Well think again....
At
111 Frost Mage
my Ice Lance alone was enough to one shot everyone in the building. Solo this achievement as a Frost Mage.is possible at high level but tedious as your spells are so powerful now. Even a
adequately
nay POORLY geared bloak can do a lot of damage with the trivial spells past 110 so we must nerf ourselfs for this one.
Here's my blueprint for success in this achvmt (thanks to all who have posted before for laying out some of the ground work):
First off this
not required
for the
Glory of the Hero Achievement
. But if you are an achvmt wh0re like me, you'll want it for the sake of having it.
Second, you need a pet or something that will not die and hold aggro on Bronjahm. I tried once with the
Terra Cotta Fragment
but the little punk died very fast.
Third, & this was missing info from most posts is that to get the achv, you actually have to kill him
IN STAGE 2
. Anytime b4 negates the achv.
Fourth, Bronjahm can accidentally run into the fragments. Its one thing to make sure he avoids being chased down by them but another to see him run into one while kiting him and ruin your gameplan. So keep that in mind.
Enter the FoS instance, clear out mobs all the way up to Bronjahm. If you want to clear the ones on the opposite side of his spawnpoint circle platform thats cool as you wont stick around long anyway. We do this because we are about to get res sickness so we dont want to waste any time as it could take you literally all 8 minutes to kite the jackwgon all around. So - Die. Jump off platform. Exit instance. Run to front entrance. GET NEKKID! Mount up your dragon. Up up and away! Straight up. Dont venture far because you want to res at closest graveyard. Dismount. Plunge to death. Hi spirit healer! GET RES SICKNESS. 10 minutes of non one shotting the bosses - start right...meow. If you have a means to repair go ahead and do that now so you dont forget later. MOUNT UP. Fly back to entrance, go inside once again. Oooh its drafty in here isnt it?
Because time is of the essence here, the mobs we cleared out let us run straight to Bronjahm. Bronjahm will not do much damage to you or your pet at high level. You could stand there for hours and never lose 20% health. Because your pet can also 1-2 shot the boss at high level the res sickness is instrumental. If you are good with pet controls this might be super easy. If not it might take a few tries.
There's not much time. If your res sickness wears off depending on how OP you are your weakest spell might could one shot the boss. You might want to know which one to use going in. For my frosty Mage ice lance is always my weakest on unfrozen targets so if i must use that I know it will do roughly 20% damage to him at his health level while im Nekkid. Any gear on puts enough INT on me that he's dead in one shot or at least under 50 and it ruins the achv if you kill him b4 phase 2.
Start the fight using your pet. He will stay aggro'd to the pet until you tick him off. He is immune to movement impairing effects so the water elemental's nova works good. Any snare effect is useful especially if it doesnt do much damage. You must get 4
Corrupted Soul Fragments
(CSF) to spwan - then get him under 50% health - then in phase 2 knock his arse out while not letting any CSF's touch him.
Kite the rat bastid around the spwan point circle until he pukes up a spell. About every 30 seconds or so provided he is getting *some* damage. Use the pets main attack but move the pet quickly so he stops auto casting. Once u have 1 CSF move the pet out of the room towards the exit on the final boss side of the circle. These CSF's can be frozen and killed quite easily. So watch that you dont damage them. For me 3 ice novas max and one pet ice nova is the limit. At 111 at least. If i hit the CSF's with a 4th ice nova they died. Keep these in reserve for moments when you really need to stop them from reaching Bronjahm. IF 2 are up and 1 stray, let it go. If 3 are up use the nova's. Time is ticking.
Kite him to the top using Pets move ability. Where the 2 bone sentinel dudes are pacing towards the final boss is a ramp. Watch that you dont move him up that
second
ramp at all or he loses interest in you for venturing too far away from his platform. Make sure NOT to get him under 50% at ANY time until 4 CSF's are wandering about. Kite him now to the reverse side of the platform where it becomes a dead end. You must move the pet to get Bronjahm to chase. Now here is the crappy part. All the while you are doing this you must keep in mind anytime he touches a CSF it regenerates health for Bronjahm and you lose the CSF. Also even if the CSF's are not near him if you move the pet to a point that lines up his path toward your pet and a CSF he will accidentally run into it and once again you lose them. A triangular patter worked wonderfully for me.
At this point if you got the hang of it you should have 2 maybe 3 CSF's up. If so take the man back to the center ring. He should be close to casting another CSF. If you need to pop an ice nova to keep them corralled go ahead but keep 2 in reserve, Keep your
Blink
(shimmer now) up as you'll need it for Phase 2. You want to be with the fragments at all times so you can limit their movement if you need to. IF they are not together let the stray ones join back with him so you can keep the others in a nice tight group.
If you have a 3rd CSF head to the right. Kite him down to the platform just outside the entrance to his spawn point circle platform. It too is a dead end. Its the area just past the entrance to Bronjahm spawn circle platform when you initially started the encounter. All this while the pet needs to occasionally pop a water bolt on him so he loses a little health and casts the CSF on you. If you got #3 already now head the other direction towards the front of the instance, but dont go past the bottom of the ramp leading to the circular platform (the last one you crossed before starting the encounter) as he will once again lose interest in you. At this point he's about to pop #4 on you. Be ready.
As Soon as he casts CSF again herd the next one with the rest and use your next best spell that will crunch him down to below 50%. If the water elemental or other pet you have was played right he'll be hovering near 60%. If you have all your novas freeze the CSF's to give you cast time. The second he teleports to the platform begins phase 2. The CSF's will chase. Now is the time to
Blink
back to the platform. When there pop your pet out again (moving takes too long), put him on attack, pop haste pots or icy veins, cast arcane intellect - basically rebuff yourself and pew pew! Freeze the CSF if they get too close. That should hold them 1 last time. Boss kill & bam - you g

Now i present you... No pet class solo method MUCH easier than class with a pet !
You don't need second account for this!
You will use your main (or other character you want achievement on) and a Vengeance DH alt with Abyssal Strike talent.
0. Unequip gear with random effects (heart of azeroth, corruptions, etc) on both characters
1. Clear trash before boss on your main
2. Leave dungeon
3. Create a group in group finder on your main.
4. Log on your DH alt, search for your group and request invite
5. You will need to quickly swap between your characters now and a couple of times in the next steps so open a second WoW window, copy/paste your password and press enter. Your other character will get logged out.
6. Accept invite on main and then accept confirmation on DH
7. Enter dungeon on main and then on DH. If you swap between characters in less than ~30 sec, you should see both characters near entrance inside dungeon. Then DH will disappear, it's OK
8. Get both of your chars to boss area
9. Taunt boss with your main and stand on eastern or western border of the area
10. Now you will have to open another window of WoW if you still didn't do this to log in on DH because you can't log out in combat
11. Get on your DH and taunt boss. Your main will stay there and will not disappear until the fight ends
12. You will need to go around in circles with the boss taunted including going out of circle area and walking to northern and southern areas through ramps.Wait for boss to spawn first soul;
Pretty much like in Andarist's comment about pet, walk on a side border of the ramp and then a little more forward on northern/southern area, wait for boss to get close to you and while soul(s) fly on the ramp near side border that you were on, quickly move the boss to the opposite side, wait for ~1 sec so boss gets near you, at this point souls should start flying from outer corner of ramp to the outer corner that is now closer to you, at this moment just jump (infernal strike) on the corner of the ramp that is closer to main boss fight area. Boss should get past flying souls on the ramp and if he consumed them, don't worry, you have unlimited time to repeat the process.
Now get closer to your main so the boss can spawn another soul from him. Make sure flying souls are far behind because boss will stand and cast soul spawn for ~1-2 sec.. When he starts casting, you can already go to the other ramp and wait for him to come to you.
After every ramp run as you get close to your main, the timing of when boss will spawn another soul may be different, so if souls get too close to him before he casted spell, just make another ramp run and don't wait for too long near your main.
Nuke the boss after he spawned 4th soul and BOTH characters will get the achievement.
Since there is no way to lose, practice a little and get the thing done!
You only control your DH so it's a lot easier than controlling a pet movement.

Did this May 14 2020
Was a 110 rogue and a 120 hunter with dismissed pets. What we did was having the hunter kiting him outside his circular room at the platforms on both sides of the boss room. The hunter kited him around while the rogue was running after. We found out that the rogue had to be pretty close for the boss to start his casting. He's ability has a pretty long cast time, so we had to kite far him enough away from the already spawned soul fragments so they wouldnt reach him while he was casting.
The rogue also ran away from him and towards the already spawned soul fragments, so we kept them in a pack together. The hunter used Tar Trap to slow them down and kited the boss around the tar trap area so he wouldnt get slowed too. We couldnt trigger the Freezing Trap by letting the soul fragments fly over them, but for some reason they triggered the Tar Trap. The boss runs after you in your pace and only stops when he casts. Therefore you can just run as fast as you want, but keep in mind that you need to keep distance to the fragments as they will continue moving when he casts.
When we had 3 fragments, we ran away from the fragments to the opposite side of the boss room and spawned the 4th and last fragment. Then the hunter just nuked him down by single target him.

Really easy! Just takes time! Did it on my hunter stood in the center of the platform, put my pet on passive and kited the boss in a circle around the out side moving from little corner to corner (the circle isnt perfectly round)
The souls are spawned ever 25 to 30 seconds so i planned my tar traps accordingly!
Took a few attempts but less than 20 minutes of stuffing around and got it then shot to death the boss!
Easy money!

Soloable as a frost mage, 9.0.5.
Set your water elemental to Passive, and turn off auto-cast Frostbolt. Hotkey your Freeze and Move To abilities.
Start the fight by moving your water elemental to the boss. Do not attack the boss in any way. The water elemental will get aggro and the fight will start.
Walk out to the circular walkway before the boss, and move your water elemental to one of the corners.
Eventually, the boss will spawn a soul fragement on your character's location. When the channel finishes, be sure you are standing off to the side. Have your water elemental cast Freeze to lock the fragment in place, and then run all the way to the opposite side of the platform, being sure to not run the boss through the fragment.
Have your character follow the soul fragment. When the boss spawns the next one, have your water elemental freeze BOTH of the fragments near each other, and then move your elemental to the opposite side of the platform again.
Rinse repeat. When you have all 4, kill the boss with a Fire Blast. Do NOT use Ice Lance with splitting Ice, or you might accidentally kill a fragment.

I just soloed this achievement as frost mage.
I went on a platform edge, summoned my elemental and then send him to aggro the boss.
When he casts the spell on me that summons an add, I use the spell "Move" from my pet to move around the boss all over the platform edges.
Because the boss is constently moving, adds can't reach him and they regroup together.
However when the boss casts, he stops moving. So the best here is to use the spell "Freeze" from your pet on the stacked adds.
Repeat again until you have 4 adds alive and then one shot the boss :p

Quite easy to accomplish on a druid with Mass Entanglement + Entangling Roots. Max level, no need to take off gear, just make sure you have no passive effects that damage things that hit you.
Pull the boss with a non-damaging spell (in my case, Soothe), hold him on the edge of the platform, then have another player stand towards the middle of the platform. They might need to edge in closer until the boss decides to cast. When the soul spawns, root it with Mass Entanglement. Have the other player stand beside the soul until the boss casts again, generally in around 30 seconds, then either Entangling Roots it if your Mass isn't up, or Mass Entangle them both. Repeat until you have four souls, then smack the boss!

Easily doable with a Hunter even without
焦油陷阱
. Just aggro him with your pet and keep it running around the edge with CTRL-3 while you spam Wing Clip on the soul fragments. Make sure to move away for a bit when he starts casting the spell that summons the soul fragments on you.
Becomes even easier if you use
焦油陷阱
in the middle of the room.

Any class with a pet can do it but the easiest method by far is not to do circles in the small area where the boss is as some comments suggest, but to follow the Asmongold guide : "How to Solo ALL ICC 5 man Achievements (Including Soul Power)" on youtube. I tried 2 times with a hunter and I kept autoshooting at some point. With that other method, I did it first try ! good luck ^^
**Boss looks to cast his abilty on you only if you are in line of sight

Once engaged,
布隆亚姆
will try to suck out a soul fragment out of you every 30 seconds or so.
The goal of the achievement is to have 4 of them up at the same time, and kill him while they are up.
It's not that difficult, but may require a few tries. I did it a few days ago on my Warlock, here's a few tips:
1. Put your pet on passive, and remove any items and abilities which may damage and kill the boss on accident.
2. When I had the felhunter pet out, the boss did not cast the ability needed for the achievement. Summoning the voidwalker pet fixed this.
3. Positioning is very important. When the boss sucks the soul fragment out of you, it will slowly travel towards him. He will consume it if it reaches him.
4. You can drag the boss out of his arena onto the surrounding platforms, so you have more space for maneuvering fragments. Don't go too far thought, or he'll despawn.
5. Cast
疲劳诅咒
on the soul fragments to slow them down and make everything easier. It may get hectic to juggle slows between 3 fragments, but that's the way I did it.
6. Once the boss spawns the 4th fragment, kill him as fast as you can. Congratulations, you did it!
