So, ehm, how should this be possible? Sorry, but I don't get it. Does the raid have to enrage all three Watchers at the same time, shoot them down to very low % and then nuke them like hell, like you do for the 4 Horsemen Achievement? (Kill each other within a 12 second time frame). Or do you have to start the next Boss Fight within 60 seconds after the previous one died? ;o)

if it won't change it means you will have to separate your raid to three groups with tank+healer+some dps and try to kill them before enrage happens! That's HARD mode :D

Maybe this actualle don't apply to the "real" VoA-bosses, as their ahievments normaly are in the Wintergrasp section.
Didn't they said something about a boss in Trial of the Cruisader that creates Illusions of older encounters like Hogger, Van Cleev, Yogg-Saron ect.?
I'm sure this boss has a "3-watcher"-event with weaker versions of them but you fight all at the same time. And this would be the achievement for them.

Note, this was written back when 3.2, which introduced Koralon, was still on the PTR. Things have changed since.
____________
Odds are they won't buff each other unless Koralon is a complete pushover. I mean on par with Emalon pushover. Remember that these are three raid bosses being tanked at once.
*Archavon - 2 tanks due to Mechanics
*Emalon - 2 tanks required now due to the pure damage involved. Might be single tankable by a ToC geared tank and healers though. I've seen it single tanked up to about five/six stacks due to the OT dying so maybe with just better dps....
*Koralon - 2 tanks because of
Meteor Fists
, but this is for damage reasons.
Assuming no self buffing by being pulled together:
*Unless the Archavon de-spawn was removed (if it has, he would sometimes de-spawn/reset if you attempted to pull from his room) it is in his chamber where you'll fight him.
*Emalon and Archavon have five minute hard enrage timer. Koralon has a soft enrage timer, a stacking DoT.
There are several questions going into this fight that need to be answered:
1) Minimum tanks needed
2) Kill Order
Kill order is interesting as each of these bosses provide a different incentive for each position:
*Archavon
-Kill First: His mechanic temporarily remove a tank. I.e. if you have a tank tanking Archavon and another boss/mobs it is going to require quick taunts and careful threat management.
-Kill Last: Quickest to kill when the others are down.
*Emalon
-Kill First: The adds will likely still be raid wipers if you forget to switch.
-Kill Last: Hits less than Koralon, but doesn't have the tanking removing mechanic of Archavon.
*Koralon
-Kill First: Does the most damage. The soft enrage, mixed with all the raid damage going on, might actually make a de facto enrage limit shorter than the 5 minutes of the other two.
-Kill Last: No hard enrage. I.e. you can kill Archavon and Emalon at 4:50 minutes in, and still have the full minute to kill him (in theory) if you have good healers/tank. Though as said above, without someone trying this it is hard to tell if this soft enrage is going to be shorter or longer than five minutes.
Odds are this enrage is timed to be around five minutes for a group geared at the intended difficulty to take Koralon on alone.
A safe strategy might be have three tanks:
1 on Koralon
1 on Archavon being tanked on/near Koralon to soak up Meteor fists.
1 on Ema and The Tempests.
Hunter pets, a mostly DPS DK or Druids all might make suitable Archavon off tanks by time you are ToC geared, though, preventing a total loss of a DPS slot during the 60 seconds.

Strategy is to bring Korolan and Archavon to Emalon so you only need 3 tanks max at any time (2 tanks for the 3 bosses, 1 tank for emalon's assistants). You need 3 healers, I think 2 holy paladins and 1 random. Keeps space for 4 dps, preferably warriors, paladins, feral druids, hunters, warlocks and a shaman is needed for heroism, but your third healer can be a shaman too. In this way you can nuke all 3 bosses at the same time, gear requirement is colliseum-25 and maybe even colliseum-25 hard. People will get there sometime when the gear is good enough. This strategy makes at least sure you don't have to worry for the enrage timer of the first boss you engage, but the damage these bosses do is idiot though.
Edit: Strategy seems to be impossible at the moment as bosses will reset their health when leaving the room.

I am surprised no one mentioned kiting yet, you have two long hallways in here, even a nice place to switch target, seeing as none of the bosses makes you move slower, i dont see how this would not work in a subtitute to bringing 1-2 DPS :P
Heard reports of the Koralon soft enrage getting hard when nearing 4 min, so i guess this would be the first kill. You would need at least 5 DPS with stable 7,5k DPS (remember, there will be down-times aswell) to get it all in time. I do not know what DPS we will be seeing with full coliseum gear in 10-man encounters tho.
Just to get a picture of how much HP you actually have to rid within a very brief window, a "4 tank, 4 healer, 2 DPS" tac wont work :P

To those saying it's impossible, it clearly isn't. There obviously IS a tactic to doing it on 10 player difficulty (irony being that it's harder than the 25 player achievement) but Blizzard wouldn't have put it in there if it couldn't be done. The developers would have tested it out first and have a tactic in mind that we have to figure out and that's half the fun.
It will be many months before anyone attempts this (and by that i don't mean a joke attempt) but like some of the previous "impossible" achievements, it will be done. It will require the right tactics, a good guild, a lot of patience and no doubt close to full "Trial of the Crusader" 258 gear.

One possible strat, would be to have most of the dps be "aoe" classes.
No, I dont mean to aoe down the bosses in the traditional sense, but to have classes that use multi-target abilities as part of their normal DPS rotations, such as ret paladins with divine storm, hunters with multi-shot, blood DK's with heart strike, etc. that way once one boss is down, hopefully the others would have taken a fair amount of splash damage in the process of downing the first.

Nigh impossible for 10 man (requires 3 tanks + boss stacking and 3 exceptional heals along with nearly 10k dps from 4 DPS which I would love to see), I do want to see Blizz's strategy or reasoning for adding this.
Could be a 3.3 Achiev (sorta like 0 Keeper is so over-tuned it is RNG based (mostly) for 25 man in Uld gear) though and I do think it could be possible then with some well timed Cooldowns.

What I think might possibly work is doing this with 3 tanks, 3 healers and 4 dps.
Clear all adds in all the halls
Start with Emalon.
Tank 1 takes Emalon, tank 2 takes adds.
Kite them to the center of the instance immediately at the start.
DPS starts working on Emalon.
Tank 3 picks up Archavon and takes a healer with instant heals / HoT for healing while kiting to the center of the instance.
When Emalon is at about 15% health, DPS switches to Archavon.
When Archavon is at about 15-20%, stop dps. AoE during DPS on Archavon should take Emalon down a bit further.
Kite bosses and adds to Koralon.
Tank 1 taunts Archavon, allowing tank 3 to take on Koralon.
DPS starts working on Koralon. Use Heroism at this stage. AoE attacks will take Emalon and Archavon further down.
When Koralon is at 15-25% health, DPS switches to Emalon and kills kim. Tank 2 will be out of a job as the adds disappear.
Tank 2 quickly changes to DPS gear and helps DPS.
DPS switches to Archavon and kills him.
Tank 1 quickly switches to DPS gear and helps DPS.
Kill Koralon
Alternatively, when Koralon is close to his enrage timer, kill Koralon before Archavon.
A good composition of the team would be:
Tank 1 and 2: Pallies for AoE aggro, as both have multiple targets somewhere during the encounter.
Tank 3: Warrior
Healers: 1 holy pally for spamming holy light on tanks and 2 shammy/priest for AoE heals
DPS: Anything that hurts really, really badly. Having a hunter and/or an unholy DK may help, as their pet/ghoul add to the number of DPS available.
I would not suggest trying this until after you have successfully 7-manned Koralon.

Ok so let me try to give you my 3 cents on the situation. Now I don't consider myself an expert of any kind and I might have forgotten to taken consideration of something during this encounter but here is the break down on how I imagine it would be possible to complete this achievment.
Facts:
No matter which boss you engage first you're working with a 5 minute enrage timer (I'm assuming koralons soft enrage yust about equals the other two).
You'll need a crazy amount of DPS which means you need to keep the number of tanks and healers to a minimum
Even with full Coliseum gears emalons add will still be a pain in the *** if you ignore them.
Strategy:
First Part:
Kiting Archavon and Koralon
Now engaging all the bosses at the same time as some has suggested seem to me like extra work for the healers and more importantly it would leave you resources more spread out. Therefor I suggest pulling the bosses one at a time (either to the middle or by kiting them from boss-room to boss-room I think the latter would be preferable since it leaves the most time to dps). Since Archavon is the one who does least damage, is easiest to kill and requieres the least amount of attention I suggest pulling him first. While kiting him to the middle or even all the way to koralon. Then when he's low on health (but not too low) engage koralon and proceed to kite both of them towards emalon all the while having the dps nuke koralon as hard as possible. When koralon is low on health leave both of them along with two tanks and 1 healer.
Second Part:
Killing Emalon
Now since you're low on time and emalon is a boss that ties up extra resources (someone has to dps the adds or they will cause enough raid damage for a whipe) I suggest yust killing him straight off before returning to killing the last two. Best set up would be to have the tank pick up both the adds and the boss seeing as how you probably can't afford more than 3 tanks for this fight. Proceed to killing emalon as per the usual strategy.
Third Part:
Killing Archavon and Koralon
Now once Emalon goes down you only have 1 minute left to kill the last two and maybe even less time to go on the enrage timer. Now I haven't had time to study koralon that much but I think killing archavon is preferably since he happen to grab one of the tanks every now and then and since this will be a close run DPS race everything counts. Plus since you engage him first he'll be nearing his enrage timer by now. This is probably the best time to pop your heroism and any class that can do splash damage (rogue's blade flurry would be one good example) to the other boss should do so in order to bring both of them down as quickly as possible.
Set up:
3 tanks
3 healers
4 (preferably ranged since they don't lose as much DPS-time during the emalon encounter as melee dps does)
The biggest stress on the group will most likely be on the one healer that gets left with the tanks during part 2. One alternative assuming the DPS is good enough (haven't run any numbers so not sure what might be requiered for a fight like this) you could exchange a dps for another healer. But I think that would most likely gimp your dps too much. Also Something to take into consideration depending on how much damage the tanks take is to have them put on some dps gear in order to do have as high dps-ouput as possible.
Needless to say it would take a well drilled group with great coordination to attempt this fight and such a group probably don't need my imput but all the same ;) it's always fun to speculate.
Edit:
did some brief numbercrunching in a very simplified manner and I think the dps would have to do about 7.6k dps yust in order to burn through all of the bosses health in 5 minutes assuming zero down time and not counting adds on emalon. I didn't take the tanks dps into account either but with downtime from switching bosses and the downtime generated from emalon I would still estimate that your 4 dps need to do somewhere around 8k dps in order to pull off this strategy before the enrage timer.
Edit 2:
changed some of the tactics regarding the emalon encounter (thanks for pointing that out goodgoan)

I didnt have a chance to fight Koralon, but with the stacking debuff, if you move out of range, does it tick off and you loose the debuf like in Four Horsemen? If so Then it would be possible to fight Koralon first, Get him to, 15% or so, and then have a tank n healer switching, while Emalon is being taken care off, then once Emalon is at 10%, (by this time the tank should have taken off a few % of Koralon, and the main group will take Archavon, pop hero, dps him while the 2 tanks tanking Emalon and Koralon will kite their targets to Archavons room. This is gonna be deffinetly an achievment (once someone will do it) that will be spoken off on the same level as Yog with no guardians.

All the tactics above make no sense at all because if you kite a boss out of his room, his health resets.
So this may sounds strange but it's the only way to do it.
Split your raid in 3 groups,
3 on Archavon
3 on Emalon
4 on Koralon
For Archavon you need a dps/tanking geared tank and a DK or Warrior dps, all you got to do is just DPS it down, including the healer. When he grabs the tank the DK/Warrior swicthes to Frost Presence/Defensive Stance and tanks him. The healer should stop DPS and heal the DK/Warrior.
A PvP geared warrior/DK with a PvE spec might be the best solution as it reduces dmg and gives crit immunity.
For Emalon: a Tank, a ranged DPS (so he doesnt get hit by the nova) and a healer. Your tank just tanks them all with your DPS nuking Emalon. Every overcharge everyone switches to the add (even the healer) and nuke it down, your tank wants to pop his CDs during that phase, I'm not sure if the healer needs to DPS aswell as a range dps might get to 7K+ with ToC 25 gear. (I see people doing 5.5k on dummies with Ulduar 25 gear already)
For Koralon: one Tank, PvP geared Warrior/DK with a big health pool (use stamina trinkets if needed), random DPS and a healer with an infinite mana pool like a pally. The Warrior/DK takes the hits just like with Patchwerk, his PvP gear gives him Crit Immunity. If your OT stays alive and still does some serious DPS, you should be able to survive.
I'm not sure if it's possible to reach the soft enrage with a Tank, a PvP geared DPS and a DPS though, but this is the only way it can be done as the boss can't be kited due a health reset.
I hope it's useful and please comment it :)

FYI... someone talked about Koralon and his enrage timer... Koralon doesn't have an enrage timer, only soft enrage due to stacking his fire thingy.
EDIT: I just read Honourblades tac idea and it seems quite nice. However I think i'd put the 4th dps on Ema, since I doubt any dps could solo down one of those crap adds in time.
Also for Koralon I'd probably use a tank with build in fire resistance, ie. pally, since all Koras damage is fire based.
The tank for Archevon can be whatever since he's a crap boss.
and for Emalon I'd use a tank with build in regeneration, ie. a druid or DK.
EDIT EDIT: I just read that the bosses are not bound to their room, so we can resume on the idea of tanking them close together. Keep in mind line of sight in the center of the instance...

all looks nice but tbh the way i see it is :
start on koralon, MT would be nice to have pala with some fire ress gear (koral have no enrage so he can stay there for longer), bring down boss to 10% hp leave MT and priest disc to keep then both alive (power word shield before fist hits),
everyone else go to archavon bring him down to 10% aswell, leave in there tank whatever class and "PRO" class which is prot-pala-healer in atleast deadly gladiator (can heal and tank ..... n/c)
rest which is 1 good healer pref shaman/priest holy, tank preff druid for swipe and 4 dps go to emalon, keep on fight (tank use swipe to bring hp of all adds as low as possible for faster overcharged nuke.
by the time you bring emalon to ~10-15% other bosses would be at like 80-100k hp, tanks can dps them that low easy or they would even have to stop dps. shaman burn heroism and everyone start nuke. tank/priest on kolagorn will survive this and kill boss, tank/pala on archavon aswell and last 6ppl can down emalon.
achiev done 10 points earned
tbh i think t8.5 is high enough for this + PvP crazy paladin :)
i hope that would help
p.s. before leaving priest in koralon innervate would help quite alot so he wont worry about mana. feral tank wont need it :) pala prot heal should easy keep up hes own mana and also innervate cd probably will be ready but this time.
p.s. 2. basic idea is to engage boss 1 by one, koralon 1st due to no enrage and stack probably wont higher than 10(anyone checked?), archavon 2nd since on emalon there is needed big amount of dps for overcharged adds. all tacs above with tanking all at once in middle are useless coz with the amount of aoe dmg from koralon, clouds and aoe stuns from archavon and emalons nova there no chance to tank then in this tights corridors. please ppl think before you come up with that stupid ideas....

Let me give the strategy a go :
One tank holds Emalon and his adds, bringing them to the center of the room.
All dps on Emalon to 15%. (Tank will take care of the rest)
Hunter fetches Archavon.
Two plate-wearing or feral dps alternate tanking Archavon with Shield / Frost Presence / Bear Form.
All dps on Archavon to 40%. (Tanks will take care of the rest)
Ranged DPS destroy Emalon adds when they enrage.
Koralon is pulled, all remaining dps take him down.
Healers and ranged dps stand next to Koralon tank for reduced meteor damage.
Once Koralon has less than 1/3 hp, tanks kill emalon, then koralon, then archavon.
Requires :
Two tanks.
Two off-tanks in DPS gear.
One ranged puller (preferably a hunter).
Two ranged dps for Emalon adds who will also need to stand within 10m of Koralon tank.
Three healers.
Total time given is 6 minutes before emalon enrages, and 60 extra seconds to kill the remaining bosses.
Seven minutes for 10 million damage, requires about 24kdps.
Over 4kdps is a minimal requirement per damage dealer, at least half for tanks.
Remember that in a 10-man raid you have fewer damage buffs.
Should be doable :)

(10 man) Actually, with 2 tanks 2 healers and 6 dps you could probably, effectively, just AoE everything down. Will be a tough haul for the tanks, but possible. With enough AoE, even Emalon empowered adds can crumble.

Quite the insane achievement, with some utterly ludicrous gear requirements..... probably from everyone.
And to make matters even worse, I believe the 10 man version is probably harder than the 25 man due to the logistics.
As far as tanks are concerned, you're going to need 2-3. Two at least so you're not screwed over by Archavon's mechanic, three may be needed so your tanks don't get vaporized by Koralon's Meteor fists plus the other bosses damage outputs (should one be stuck to Archie).
The fight would work out as an insane tank & spank -- all three tanks need aggro on all three bosses AND Emalon's adds (probably Emalon's room, to quickly pick up adds when they respawn) in the same area. As for pulling all the bosses to Emalon's room, there's two possibilities. Start with Koralon and progress to Archavon then Emalon, just grab the boss and progress to the next room. Just tank and heal like there's no tommorow.
Assuming all goes well, the tanks will have enough aggro and nothing ever gets loose.... making it a matter of kill order and them dying within the minute. It's an assload of healing and probably some razor thin threat margins.
DPS just has two responsibilities -- killing the overcharged add, and killing the bosses.
I would suggest the following kill order:
Archavon (he'd enrage first) --> Koralon --> Emalon
Assuming it takes more than a minute to get from Archie's room to Ema's.
Just my two cents on this crazy achievement.

Let me tell you how it will really go:
-all warders in the halls are cleared.
-tanks aggro emalon+adds
-kite to the center
-dps starts working on emalon, so far the adds are going fine
-tank 3 aggro's archavon
-healer and tank are trying to kite him to the middle.
-tank almost dies due to the healer who has to move all the time.
-archavon arrives at the middle.
-dps starts on archavon.
-kite everything to koralon, along with all players that have survived archavon's stuns in combinaton with the AoE from emalon.
-koralon aggroed.
-emalon and koralon start casting spells.
assuming the dps survives the 2 AoE's somehow, emalon's add needs to be killed again. <total chaos>
-the add dies, and the 4 8K dpsers finally start doing some damage on koralon.
-archavon lunges into the dps surrounding koralon.
-vortex inside koralon
-somehow, the 258 geared tank manages to kite the boss within all the chaos, pulling him out of the vortex.
dps needs to kill the emalon add again, spread out, not stand in koralon's fire, not stand in archavon's vortex, not stand in front of koralon, not stand near emalon (lightning AoE) and hope to survive archavon's stun.
-that's kinda hard, so dps dies.
let's say people don't die now (assuming they stay with the tacs then ofc)
-vortex inside koralon.
-missmissmissmissmissmissmissmissmissmissmissmiss
-koralon needs to be kited away
-emalon's add is totally forgotten.
-the ground is littered with spells and effects, making it impossible to see in what you are standing.
-3 giants fill up the room, making it impossible to see in what you are standing.
-everyone is now standing in atleast 2 effects at a time, causing 7K dps.
-when the third add overcharges, koralon has lost about 20% health
-when koralon is down to 40%, emalon and archavon have already enraged.
-koralon is now dealing 300% damage, normally killing the tank within seconds.
-everyone would have died now about 10 times.
-achievement!
GJ, people, that was unimaginable!

Engage Emalon, MT tanks Emalon, OT takes adds. Fight like normal, bring down to 10%, pull Archavon and MT takes Archavon too. (Hunter to pull other bosses and being an engineer can help) Bring Archavon down to 10%, engage Koralon. 3rd tank will be the Unholy Deathknight dps and they take Koralon, Avoid flames and occasionally kill overcharged tempests. Bring Koralon down to 50%. Kill Archavon unless a tempest minion is overcharged. After minion kill Archavon, continue to dps Koralon after for 30-45 seconds. After that, kill Emalon and Koralon after. (Emalon should be around 2-5% with only the tank attacking him after the dps has stopped)
Raid comp.
A. Unholy Deathknight
B. Resto Druid
C. Prot Paladin
D. Elemental Shaman
E. Holy Paladin
F. Prot Warrior
G. Fury warrior
H. Resto Shaman
I. Combat Rogue
J. Survival Hunter
(The Deathknight will be wearing tanking gear)
Summary
1. Dps down Emalon, don't kill.
2. Hunter pulls Archavon, Emalon tank will take Archavon first, and tempest minion tank will taunt when he stuns MT.
3. Dps Archavon down to 10%
4. Hunter pulls Koralon misdirecting it to the Deathknight which will then switch to Frost Presence.
5. Dps Koralon down to around 40-50%
6. Kill Emalon
7. Dps Koralon for 30-45 seconds.
8. Kill Archavon
9. Burn down Koralon.
Feel free to edit/modify or suggest any ideas.

Have anyone really TRIED this? I simply can't believe the bosses don't have a debuffing effect over each other. Could be taking power of two by kitting them to the room of the third, could be a debuff that simply appear when they are close, or a tactic that uses their attack against each other, as Emalon adds aggroing more in Koralon than the raid (and you let overcharge explode), and Koralon fires hurting Archavon (and you kite him there), and you have to play them right.

Here's mine-
3 tanks, 3 healers, 4 dps.
1)
Tank 1
pulls and single-tanks Emalon and his adds while everyone burns him to low right there in the room. Two of the tanks and two of the healers can dps for now.
2) At 20%, Bring Emalon and the adds right outside Koralon's room and have
Tank 2
(pref. cat form sprint) go off and pull Archavon along the way. The second healer can stop dps and start healing.
3)
Tank 2
brings Archavon to the raid as fast as possible, stacking him right on top of Emalon. When Archavon reaches Emalon, Emalon should be at roughly 10-15%.
4) Switch dps to Archavon.
Tank 3
will taunt the lunges and
Tank 2
will run Archavon out of range of the nova along with the melee dps, giving the melee a chance to continue dps even while running.
5) Get Archavon down
almost
as low as Emalon before pulling Koralon.
--You should be at roughly 3 1/2 minutes elapsed time at this point, with 2 1/2 minutes remaining on Emalon's enrage and 3 1/2 minutes remaining on Archavon's enrage. The hard part begins now...
6) Wait for a convenient time to bring everything into Koralon's room all at once (preferably right after a lunge has finished).
Tank 3
will pull and main tank Koralon,
Tank 2
will soak the fists while carrying Archavon, and
Tank 1
will remain on Emalon and his adds. When Archavon is as low as Emalon, Switch dps to Koralon.
7) While
Tank 3
backpeddles Koralon around the room and
Tank 2
follows him with Archavon stacking right on top of Koralon,
Tank 1
should keep Emalon and the adds slightly behind the other two bosses where the melee dps would normally be, giving easy access to the overcharged add. Everyone needs to avoid the fires on the ground at all times.
8) When Emalon begins to cast his Lightning Nova,
all three tanks
will go from backpeddling to strafing. Melee continues dps on Koralon while running at full speed to keep up with the tanks. Since Emalon will be stationary throughout the cast, everyone will be a safe distance away from him by the time the nova hits, and it will cause no damage to anyone.
9) When the add charges, it will be stacked right on the melee dps the entire time. Not a problem at all, just nail it while moving until it's dead. Pick up the new add and keep going.
10) When Archavon lunges,
Tank 2
(who is also soaking Koralon's fire damage) will be out of the fight for 8 seconds.
Tank 3
will taunt Emalon off of
Tank 1
, and
Tank 1
needs to immediately taunt Archavon and quickly strafe to Koralon's front to soak damage, bringing Emalon's adds with him. This will distribute the damage across both tanks evenly, giving one healer a chance to focus on the raid.
11) When the lunge is over,
Tank 2
will taunt back Archavon and run back to Koralon's front to soak damage, and
Tank 1
will taunt back Emalon and regress back behind Koralon on top of the melee dps. You're back at step 7. Rinse & repeat.
--Congratulations. You have made it through one rotation of the hardest portion of the fight. Keep doing this until Emalon comes close to reaching his enrage. Now for the fun part....
12) When Emalon's enrage timer gets low, be ready to switch dps onto him and kill him. But if Koralon is at 40% or more, I suggest you wipe it and start again, since you'll never kill all three bosses in time. But if it looks good, wait for that enrage timer to get to about 10-15 seconds, then switch all dps to Emalon, pop bloodlust, and kill him. If there's no shaman, start at about 15-20 seconds instead. You want to be as close to Emalon's enrage as possible when he dies. This will ensure that you've done the most amount of damage possible to Koralon before your 60 second timer has begun.
13) When Emalon is dead, switch all dps to Koralon. At the point of Emalon's death, you should have about 1 minute left before Archavon's enrage. Within that minute, kill Koralon, then kill Archavon.
World first! ^_^
Now to put this plan into practice. Good luck.

Been thinking about this achievement, I have not even dared to try this. Am sure there are flaws but here it goes.
Kill Order
So which to kill first, all have strict enrage timers except for Koralon which is a soft enrage.
One thing to note is that having them all die at the same time doesn't mean having the need to pull them all at the same time.
A good idea would be to pull Archavon first.
Why not Emalon:
Too much dps would be spent dpsing down adds and make it really inefficient and possibly making the dps requirement steeper.
Why not Koralon:
As mentioned this guy has a soft enrage, especially with regards to the AoE fire damage. To counter this would be to bring more healer/resist pieces which makes it harder to hit the timer.
So according to this, the order might be to go Archavon>Koralon>Emalon
Group makeup:
Tanks needed 2-3.
Healers 2
Its possible for 2 tanks to tank this and build aggro on them as each pull is separate. When archavon grabs one tank, place a cd on the other immediately and spam heals. 3 would be a safer route with 2 tanks sharing damage from Koralon when one gets grabbed.
Tanking location.
Preferably close to the middle of the room as it would be the least distance from all 3 rooms. Take note not to tank in the middle circle as it's really easy to get LOS problems for healers. One good spot would be the passage to archavon, close to the middle circle.
Pulling:
Everyone will be in Archavon's room, and dps will start with the tank slowly kiting him back to the middle of the room. Depending on dps, a hunter will break off and misdirrect Koralon to one of the tanks when archavon is around 30% to 50%. As we need to account for aoe dmg and the damage done while pulling.
A tank can do the pull if 3 tanks are used.
Around 30-40% a misdirect + aspect pull can be one on Emalon and dps can start on Emalon once it reaches the tank. Use heroism once the 3rd boss is tanked.
All 3 bosses will be tanked together and of course kiting rules for flames still applies. When all of the mobs are low on HP and deciding which one to nuke down would be a factor too. As there's 60 seconds, of time to nuke down the bosses, it would make the healer's job easier if one of the bosses is killed around 50secs before the next. Decisions need to be made fast here. If you can nuke down Emalon before he enrages another add take him down 1st. Else take down Koralon.
Of course all these is hypothetical and requires really good dps/heals and some geared tanks

Why not Emalon:
Too much dps would be spent dpsing down adds and make it really inefficient and possibly making the dps requirement steeper.
I don't think that's true.
Let's assume you have 3 tanks and 3 healers, with all tanks helping on the add with at least 2.5k dps, and the average dps of all dps classes being at least 7k. That's roughly a total of 36k dps on the add. The add has 141,550 hp.
At the worst, that's 6 seconds per add. Since Emalon's enrage timer lasts 60 seconds longer than Archavon's, that gives us 10 chances at overcharges before we can confirm that pulling Emalon first proves to be counterproductive to pulling him last.
Overcharge cooldown is 45 seconds. 45 seconds times 10 .... that means we'll have a total of 450 seconds, or 7 1/2 minutes before all the time spent on the add becomes counterproductive.
So before any time has been saved by pulling Emalon last, Archavon has long since hit his enrage timer.
(
Edit:
Just did the math on taking tank dps out of the equation, and bumping the average dps down to 6k. That's 24k per charge. At worst, that's 8 seconds per add, giving us 7.5 chances before it becomes counterproductive. For the sake of argument, I'll round it down to 7... 45 seconds times 7 is 315 seconds, or 5 minutes and 15 seconds. Archavon is still enraged.)
I definitely think Emalon should be pulled first. Makes running out of his lightning nova so much less of a pain when you've already pulled Koralon and are already running out of Emalon's nova with the natural kiting motion, continually dps'ing or tanking whatever other boss you're on without having to worry about it.

Interestingly enough there is a tactic I've heard, but yet to find proven.
Apparently all the bosses seem to have something that causes problems for the other bosses.
Archavon
- Archavon's Chocking Cloud spell extinguishes Koralon's Cinder's.
Koralon
- Koralon's Cinder's and Flame Breath spells in some way damage/kill Emalon's elemental adds.
Emalon
- Either Emalon's Chain Lightning or Lightning Nova spells (possibly both) cause Archavon to falter and lose his grip on raid members in his grasp.
Truth be told I have no clue if any of these are accurate it's only what I've dug up, if anyone can find any information to add to his please do.

-tank 3 aggro's archavon
-healer and tank are trying to kite him to the middle.
-tank almost dies due to the healer who has to move all the time.
Perhaps you have never tanked/healed Archavon 10 man. He hits weaker than many 5man heroic bosses. The only issue would be to get him to the rest of the group before his first stomp/impale.
Anyway by watching the video up on MMO-champion.com you can see an actual strategy in practice for once.
Group makeup:
3 Healers
2 Tanks
5 DPS (including 1 feral)
Engage order: Koralon -> Archavon -> Emalon.
1. Tank 1 engages Koralon and dps starts. Tank 2 stays stacked on Tank 1 to split dmg from Meteor Fists.
2. Continue dps as you gradually drag Koralon to just outside Archavon's room.
3. When Koralon is at 25%, Tank 2 engages Archavon and all dps switches over. Tank 1 and 2 continue to stack on top of each other to split Meteor Fists. Tank 1 + 2 need to be top 2 on both Archavon and Koralon's threat so they don't gib a dps after Impale.
4. After Koralon and Archavon both reach 10%, wait for one more stomp/impale. Then Tank 2, 1 healer, and 4 dps go off to engage Emalon and kill him on their own. The feral dps switches to bear and tanks Archavon to eat the Impales. 2 heals are left with Koralon/Archavon to deal with the massive damage.
5. Coordinate on vent to make sure the tanks kill their last 10% at roughly the same time as the dps kills Emalon. 1 minute is plenty of room if you can make it this far.
In the Mediocrity video they actually killed all 3 within just 12-13 seconds of each other.

Second World Achievement is now on the books by
Mediocrity
on Blackrock (US).
The only thing that makes theirs more epic than the World First is that Mediocrity made themselves
a video of the achievement
.
That way you can stop armchairing tactics and watch it done. In glorious youtube HD no less.
Total time: 6:45
Enjoy.
Optimal group makeup:
3 tanks
3 heals
4 dps
Main Tactics:
Koralon is pulled first (soft enrage can be geared for and healed through) and burned down to around 50% before kiting him to Archavon's room.
In Archavon's room Koralon is brought to around/under 10% very quickly and DPS swap to Archavon (this gives ample time to beat Archie's 5min enrage timer).
When Archavon's health is getting to around/under 10%, (about 3:30 minutes into the fight) 1 tank, 1 healer, and all DPS head over to Emalon.
The other 2 tanks and 2 healers stay on Koralon and Archavon in Archavons room and positioning and taunting tactics is key to surviving.
Emalon starts getting burnt down leaving Koralon and Archavon to the two tanks to finish up.
Final Thoughts:
It's a shame from the video perspective we never get to see Emalon taken down, but it's known a Pally was used to tank him and his adds using a druid healer.
You want your best geared / best mitigating tank on Koralon and have him and the OT taunt Archavon off each other fairly regularly so their threat stays leaps and bounds above the healers for when the OT is thrown.
While tanks are not high on the DPS meters we are high on damage done since we continually wail on bosses to generate threat which makes taking the 2 bosses down from below 10% health fairly trivial.
From the video we can see that all 3 bosses can be brought down well within the 60 seconds allowed, in fact, as the video shows, they were all 3 killed within a 10-12 second window.

This is so completable. You just dont understand how to do it.
-Raid go to Archavon, get him down to 5% hp.
-Raid go to Koralon, get him down to 5% hp.
-Two Tanks and two Healers, go to middle and stay there and just tank them. No Dps on Bosses.
-The rest go to Emelon and Kill him. When Emelon is dead the clock starts ticking.
-Raid run to middle and kill Koralon, kill him first cause he do much aoe with his Cinder.
-Complete!
For the completion of this Achivment you need:
3 Healers, 2-3 Tanks (depends how good they are) and 4-5 good Dps's that is betwine 6-10 k dps.
I suggest that you should watch this Video, its for the 25 man Achivment "Earth, Wind and Fire"

This is my idea about this fight:
5 tanks (at least 4,2k UB DK, 2 warriors, 2 pallys)
3 healers (Druid, priest and shaman)
2 DPS (at least 8k DPS ranged, prefer hunter/mage/lock)
Setup:
-Warrior as MT and pally as OT go to Koralon with priest healer
-DK dps go to Emalon alone with shaman healer
-Warrior as MT and pally as OT go to Archavon with druid healer
-DPS start between Koralon starting place and the middle of VoA
Strategy:
1)Koralon is pulled by warrior and kited to DPS position
2)DPS burns Koralon to about 10%
3)DPS run to Archavon chamber, when tank aggros him
4)After Archavon is 10% DPS run to Emalon chamber, where DK aggros him
5)Archavon tanks kite him to the middle of VoA and triy to DPS him hard too
6)DK tank aggros Emalon when all DPS are in chamber
7)Shaman does BL, DPS burns Koralon down to 5%
8)Koralon tanks kite him to the middle, where Archavon is
9)DPS kill Emalon, then run to the middle to quickly kill both other bosses
I didnt try to do this achi yet, but my guild is organising a VoA all-in-1 run, so i thought about this simple tactic:) The key here are not tanks, but DPS, that can burn more than 15k damage overall

I'd due to the lack of available fire resist gear at 80 a frost death knight with acclimation to full works pretty well to tank koralon. There are a few greeny fire resist items out there as well which easily out do the 70 fire resist sets, but they are somewhat hard to come by.
To do this achievement you need TotC heroic (25) / ICC geared people with the skill to match but its certainly doable

Not too sure on the mechanics of all the bosses but a quick thinking on this for a group make up.
I would think best possible make up would be:
2 tanks(class, geared best for damage mit)
3 Healers- 1 Pally for Beacon for intial raid set up then 2 top notch healers( prob druids for unlimited mana lol)
5 Dps- Min of 2 hunters for MD for set up
now i would think to have the tanks kinda of in the halls leading to koralon and emelon.
Have the hunters MD and pull from steps to get Bosses running to the middle of the raid zone.
Dps on the bosses as you kite them to archavons room. Keeping tanks stacked and beacon up for the kite.
once in archavons room all dps swap to him and start burning him trying to keep all bosses about same HPs. then at about 10% have dps just burn all them down but keeping emalon for last as his enrage is the latest at 6mins..
not to sure either if you can kill one then next within 60 secs and then next within another 60 secs.
would give ya even more time for the fights.

Our guild managed this today on our second attempt, here's how we did it:
Split the raid into two groups:
Group 1
Prot warr
Disc Priest
Mage
Lock
Group 2
Prot Pala
Feral Tank
Resto Druid
Resto Druid
Ret Pala
Frost DK
Group 1 engaged koralon and started kiting immediately towards the end of the corridoor.
Group 2 engaged archavon at the same time and started kiting to the same point - this is a longer kite than it is for koralon, we made sure they arrived at roughly the same time by doing a couple of things. Archavon was kept moving constantly, with as much strafe kiting as possible, where koralon was pure backpedal (this helped the ranged dps not lose much dps) also, when meteor fists hit, we stopped kiting so the healer could concentrate on healing, pain supression was used here - by the time the groups meet up, ther hasn;t been a second meteor fists yet, so all tanks stak ontop of one another.
We then start kiting both koralon and archavon towards emalon, making sure as we go down the steps that we don't line of sight any healers - we also have all the tanks taunt archavon periodically to make sure that when one is grabbed he goes directly towards another tank.
We used the Prot pala to solo tank emalon and his adds and engaged him as both archavon and koralon hit 15% with dots still ticking, all dps switch to emalon at this and just full nuke (killing the add when needed) We were still stacking all 3 tank ontop of each other to make sure there were always 2 to absorb the meteor fists - also, we tried to have the feral tank always the one with agro on archavon - there is a chance that the tank is grabbed at the same time as meteor fists, which, if there are not 2 stacked tanks = alot of damage, so we saved the prot warrior's shield wall for such an occasion (as it happened, the feral tank was grabbed, and the prot warr happened to not be standing ontop of the prot pala - shield walled a little too late and ended up dying - quick CR and fast taunts got everything under controll)
Dps on emalon was good enough to only allow 2 lightning novas (2nd one just before death) and as emalon goes down, both koralon and archavon are down to about 3% each from tank dps - dps switch targets, pew pew, proffit.
Very chaotic fight with this method, but sooo much fun!

Thanks to ICC gear and the 4.0.1 patch, this achievement is pretty straight forward now. The hard bits are that guild-runs of VoA aren't easy to organize since you never know when you'll have the raid available (on some servers anyway), and also, if you fail the 60 second timer, you can't try again until next week.
The 60 second timer starts when the first boss goes down. IT DOES NOT RESET when the 2nd boss goes down.
Setup:
3 tanks
3 healers
4 dps
All need to be in good gear, or your healers will be oom / tanks will die / you won't meet the enrage.
Tactic:
Step 1 : 1 tank, 2 healers and the dps start on Kolaron. He doesn't hit hard at the start, but everyone needs to stand behind him to avoid meteor fists.
Step 2 : 10 seconds later, 2 tanks and 1 healer pull Archavon. You want 2 tanks for this or he can grab 1 tank and then squish the healer. They kite him to the circular corridor area between Kolaron and Emalon. This is a fairly long kite, which is why dps starts on Kolaron first.
Step 3: Kolaron is brought to the middle corridor, and his tank taunts Archavon, while one of the Archavon tanks taunts Kolaron. You should now have both Archavon and Kolaron tanked in the same place by the same 2 tanks, and dps can go full-out on Archavon. (tanks should be well ahead on threat after the kite) Kolaron and Archavon should be brought to around 10% health.
Step 4 : As soon as DPS is done on Kolaron and Archavon, they go with 1 healer and your extra tank to Emalon, and begin dps. This is the tricky part of the fight, as it's very healing intensive, so you want to keep it as short as possible.
Step 5 : When Emalon reaches around 40% (or when enrage timers are running out), Kolaron and Archavon are brought down the corridor to Emalon. DPS turns around and kills Kolaron, and then Archavon.
Step 6 : You then have your 60 seconds to finish Emalon off, which from this point on is a standard kill.

Just pugged them.
We had 3 guys (an Unholy Death Knight with Engineering Nitro Boost, a Feral Dps Druid and a Blood Death Knight) pulling each boss to the middle (the halfway between Fire and Wind boss).
Then, we got them all to 50%, then lowered to 20%, then a shaman popped Bloodlust and 10 seconds later we scored our achievement.
Pretty easy, with 2 healers and 1 tank we were able to 1 shot it, with just the death of one dps.
Oh right, we were just 9, too, because WG was short to begin.
edit: Remember killing the empowered mob, and that they respawn pretty fast, going to hit dps/healers. That almost wiped us.

Just did this on 10 man with 7 people
Pally Tank
Holy Priest
5 various ranged and melee dps
We did it the silly way and pulled all three bosses at once, and grouped them in the middle of the instance. Healing was a bit dicey at times but we made it through.
You can definitely do this achievement with less people if you do it the smart way and dps one boss down to about 20%, leave him with a tank and move on to the next, rinse repeat for the last then burn them all down at once.

Agreed. Very easy at level 90.
Group consisted of 2 Ret Paladins, and an Enhancement Shaman.
One of the Paladins proceeded to dps Archavon and drag him toward the circle near the beginning, while the other Paladin and the Shaman dps'd Koralon down while dragging him around the circle near the beginning. Killed Archavon and Koralon at the same time, then all 3 went and took out Emalon popping all cooldowns and Bloodlust.

Literally gathered all 3 together, the continuous adds spawning not only procced endless Victory Rushes for a huge heals but had my vengeance skyrocket to the point I accidentally killed 1 boss just from AoE while the other 2 were still at 50% HP. After trying and failing in 5.2, I was finally able to solo this as a 554 ret paladin in 5.4. The trick was just pulling all the bosses to Stonewatcher and then quickly burning him down before he grabs you and makes the rest despawn. The quick DPS burst might still make this tougher for tank specs unless you can put out a fair bit of damage as well, but DPS with some good self heals should be able to pull it off.
As retribution, since Stormwatcher is constantly spawning low HP adds,

1) Clear the trash
2) Make sure you have survivability techniques and a healing method
3) Pull the fire one first
4) Go to the storm one next, get aggro, and pull them to Archavon
5) Kill the two of them you were pulling, without pulling Archavon
6) Burst Archavon down
They might be "boss" level, but they hit for 4k 5k each, and their spells are fixed damage so they do little damage.

I pulled Arch first and his grab was very annoying but it didn't reset any of the bosses. That may have been due to my hunter pet. Pulled all three together, weakening them along the way, then AoE'd them down.

Just solo'd this as a blood DK, the way I did it was pull Koralon/Emalon and run to Archavon, when I arrived at Archavon (don't pull him just yet) I killed Koralon/Emalon and then blasted all my cooldowns on Archavon. If you pull Archavon with them he might grab you and reset the other two bosses, which is what you'll want to avoid. Other than that, it's pretty simple, I wasn't below 50% health the whole time and didn't need any major healing like Death Pact.

Soloed as a Survival Hunter at item level 555. Misdirected to pet. Pulled Koralon first, brought him down to 25% of his health, then proceeded to Emalon, misdirected Emalon to pet, but instead of all out attacking right away, I ran straight to Archavon, killing the Tempest adds from Emalon. Use Master Health Potion. Before engaging Archavon, and parked right outside of his entrance, take out Emalon with full burst and all cooldowns, then finish off Koralon--whose health was brought down to 25% earlier, and then aggro and kill Archavon. All three defeated within 60 seconds, and I'm thankful to this day that we don't have to pull Toravon.
I will likely need to get a healer and another DPS for the 25-man version, but we shall see as time goes on!

If you are trying to solo this, bear in mind one very frustrating fact. Whenever Archavon grabs you in his fist, they all
Reset
.
The best way to do it is this.
Pull Koralon and start dragging him towards Emalon. While you are pulling him, dot him, or just simply slowly grind his HP off.
Get Emalon and then start dragging both of them towards Archavon. Again while you are pulling them, make sure you take down their HP slowly.
Upon reaching Archavon, you want both Koralon and Emalon to be with HP of about 650-800k HP, depending on what you see comfortable.
After they are both at low HP and you are in front of Archavon, kill them both.
Once they are both dead, move to Archavon, pop your CDs and bring him down and profit!
The ways of mitigating your HP and increasing your survivability is class specific. There are a lot of comments covering most classes and specs.
Good Luck!
Edit in 6.2.2a
Just nuke them down now if you're at max level.
