Throughout the dungeon, exclusively on the right wing (the trash on Vol'kaal's side) there are mobs called Zanchuli Witch Doctors which cast, among other things, a hex on a target that lasts 5 seconds. While hexed, you maintain control of your character and can use a variety of abilities, though not most of your attacks. You get a circle around you which, upon expiration of the hex, applies the hex to anyone within your circle.
You need to bounce this hex back and forth between two people for the entirety of each boss fight. You don't need to do all 4 bosses in the same run, and you don't need to use the same Unstable Hex for all 4 bosses, as there are multiple Witch Doctors. I'd personally recommend clearing all the trash you can to Alun'za, doing her and Rezan in any order with the hexes, then click the levers to get the access through the middle to Vol'kaal, then using the Hex Priests just before his room during his fight, and pulling another Hex Priest for Yazma.
As far as fight-specific advice goes, this is all I got:
Rezan - Make sure the people passing the hex have a pre-assigned spot to hide from the fear, and have everyone else go somewhere else to avoid being hexed. If either of the hex passers gets fixated, make sure they both run to continue passing the hex.
Alun'za - Both hex passers need to be collecting blood pools for Transfusion, so make sure you leave early if you have to in order for both of you to run to two different puddles. Assigning you hex passers to two nearby puddles will help with this.
Vol'kaal - As a tank you do virtually nothing on this boss until the totems die, so you can safely pass the hex to a tank for P1 to allow DPS more uptime on the totems. Otherwise just make sure they die evenly and continue to pass the hex between two people.
Yazma - The Soulrend is the only worrying part, because you won't be able to get the adds 100% stacked unless you get some lucky timing with the hex, which probably isn't worth the risk. Instead, have you hex passers go a little bit behind your non hex passers so that all 4 adds still travel in a path towards the boss. In either case they die very quickly.
If you run out of Witch Doctors, just run out and reset the dungeon, they'll respawn.

My team brought the priests into the boss room and kept paralysis on it for the whole fight, until 10% when we released her and let her cast the hex, then we killed the boss without needing to keep the hex for the whole fight, which can really make you struggle if you do all achievements in one run.

Our team had ccs galore - we brought a shammy for hex and hunter for trap (+paladin repentance & rogue sap). Cleared all the dungeon trash minus the Witchdoctor packs then grabbed the first Witchdoctor in that first pack as you enter the instance. Dragged her to the 1st boss area and kept her ccd with trap. Last 10% we let her run wild casting the hex. When we had the hex on someone we finished of the boss. Did the same for the 2nd boss then killed her off and got new Witchdoctor's for the 3rd and 4th bosses. You needed to be carefull towards the end of the fight that she actually casts and you kill the boss when you have a ring under someone. You probably could do this achievement with the other achievements since she is CC'd but we didn't want to risk it. iLvL of group was 341. VID:

There is a good chance that your party will wipe on one of the bosses or accidentally lose

the trick to obtain unlimited amount of HEXes, without resetting the dungeon is:
Tank pulls a pack of mobs with
赞枢利巫医
in it solo and waits for
不稳定的妖术
to be applied. Remember, that the tank needs to interrupt
剧毒冲击
, or the
赞枢利巫医
is less likely to cast
不稳定的妖术
if not interrupted.
First party member runs to the tank to get the
不稳定的妖术
from him. There's a big chance that the first party member will be stuck in combat.
First party member runs away from the mob and the tank to the
second party member
, sharing
不稳定的妖术
with him.
This will ensure that the second party member is out of combat and received the hex. So the second party member can keep it with the rest of the party.
Tank and the first party member die to mobs to stop the combat.

Achievement is pretty impossible at level 60 because the Unstable Hex misses about 95% of the time. Managed to finally get it to activate once and we still died on Rezan because he devoured one of us and the debuff dropped. Not giving up yet, but it is MUCH more difficult. I put in support/bug report and hopefully the spell will be fixed to hit regardless of level.
Edit: finally got this achievement, but had to bring a level 50 toon and 2 more friends. Would say that it's doable at 60 with 3+ people, but bringing that lowbie 50 really helped with getting the hex right away.

To do this in Shadowlands, I suggest bringing a level 50 character to be able to be hexed (as level 60 players will 99% deflect it). When the level 50 player has received the debuff, have two players stay on top of eachother all the time. once the debuff is actually cast on someone it will jump between players without failing.

It is worth noting that those with the hex do not have to be in the boss's room to get the achievement. We just 3 manned it with a 60 hunter taking out the bosses, and a 60 paly/50 druid standing near the instance entrance constantly getting hexed. Repentance was used a lot by the paly.

The two people passing the hex back and forth dont have to engage the bosses. Our two hexed party members stayed in one spot of the dungeon the entire time. They aggroed the witch doctor and started passing the hex back and forth while keeping the witch doctor crowd controlled (imprison, blind, repentance, etc..) or you can just kill it. The rest of the party went and killed all the bosses and everyone got the achievement. Alunza will still cast
鲜血灌注
on the two absent party member but she's still easily killable, especially with a group of level 60s.

As of Shadowlands level 60, it is possible (though a little annoying) to solo this as a hunter. I pulled 5 Witch Doctors for higher probability of the hex landing, kited them to each boss with me, DPSed boss down to 5%, then waited for a hex cast to land (it still missed a lot). Once I was frogged, I commanded my pet to kill the boss before the 5 seconds of hex expired. If the pet wasn't going to kill the boss in time, I set my pet to passive and waited for the next hex. I used the same Witch Doctors from boss to boss by feigning death to make them reset. Good luck!

After a bit of trial and error, we found that as of 10.1.5, this achievement does require a level 50 character in your party. We had a team of three: two people to stand back at the entrance to bounce the Hex back and forth, then a third to go around and kill each of the bosses. Be aware that some boss mechanics will still target you even if you are quite far away, so either make sure the level 50 can heal themselves, or transfer the Hex to two max level characters and have a third make the rounds to kill the bosses.

A Priest can Mind Control (MC) the Witch Doctor and use it to cast Hex on any party member, including themselves.

Another tip for this achievement that may help your hex passing. If someone mounts on the obsidian nightwing or sandstone drake, you can pass hex to them, and then mount them. These two people will pass it back and forth infinitely and it will not drop as they are on top of one another always. This may also work for Brutosaur or Yak if you kick the vendors off and hop on, but we did not test those type of mounts specifically.

Easy Solo Achievement for Level 70 Pet Classes Dragonflight & Beyond...
1) Mythic Difficulty.
2) Head into instance, turn right at bottom of ramp, begin clearing trash--BUT do not kill ANY Zanchuli Witch-Doctor, they need to be able to follow you around for quite some time.
3) There are several Witch-Doctor packs on the way to Vol'Kaal, take out their totems first, then the trash around the witch doctor, rinse & repeat until you have like 5-7 Witch-Doctors. Do not AoE attack, single target only or else Witch-Doctors will die.
4) Periodically you'll notice the Witch-Doctors turn you into a frog. That is the precise moment that a boss needs to die, when you are a frog.
5) Vol'Kaal is definitely the trickiest of all the bosses, because his health actually decreases automatically once his totems are down.
5a) Reduce his health to 8-10% and once you are a frog tell your pets to attack him QUICK. Pets need to be able to kill him fast while you are a frog.
5b) If you do not turn into a frog and Vol'Kaal's health is almost gone, feign death, collect all your witch-doctors again, and try again.
5c) Vol'Kaal's initial 3 totems must be brought down simultaneously for him to be attackable, put the pet on one, take out another totem single shot, and the final totem.
6) Rinse & Repeat for the other bosses Rezan, Princess Alun'za, and Yazma: Reduce boss health to 5-10%, and then tell the pets to attack once you turn into a frog.
7) ?
8) With all bosses dead successfully while you were a frog, congrats--Achievement Completed.

Found this quite soloable as a 70 Rogue beefed to the teets with gear while equipping my
